My cousin and I enjoyed this place. The prices are decent and you can actually win here. The prizes are ugly cute but you can trade them in for bigger prizes. We had fun with just $30 and won around 8 stuffed animals. The place was small but we still had a fun time!

Traded in 30 plushies for Mew

Visited Bibbiti for the first time today 5/26/25 and I already wanna go back. Was able to win 36 plushies, traded in 34 for a Duck (4 plushies) and Mew (30 plushies), kept the Labubu stitch and Kirby pikachu. All the plushies I won were very high quality and soft. Even the Mew is very soft and the stitching is top notch. I visited when they opened and two other groups came in. The employee there was very kind and assisted whenever someone needed help. She was very sweet and showed my nephew different colored cat plushies in case he didn't want the duck. Very good vibes from this place and I had a lot of fun. An extra star for providing bags for the plushies :) Thank you!

I loved our experience at Bibbiti! Also, I really believe that these cranes are winnable (not at all rigged)! With a bit of skill, you can come home with some adorable plushies or trade up for a big plush! For your convenience, they provide options to not have to carry cash as well, which was so helpful. 10/10 recommend this as a wholesome date night.

The plushie I won. It took me two tries to get this little one!

This was fun! My brother discovered this place and we went there. I have always loved stuff animals. I won a cute plushie with just 2 tokens! My brother said you can trade the small plushies for bigger ones.

Opening Bibbiti in the Outer Sunset is honestly genius. I find Outer Sunset to be a bit dry so this new establishment has helped vamped things to do. Claw machines have been such a huge hit lately. I took my little sister here to win a cute fun prize and I'm pretty sure we will find ourselves coming back on our next bonding outing. EACH CLAW MACHINE HAS SUCH KAWAII PRIZES. Capybara's, ducks, plants, etc. you name it. I believe some plushies can be purchased without having to use the claw machine but where is the fun in that? Trust me and the other reviews when I say your chances of winning are NOT slim to none. Read that carefully haha. You can also trade for another plushie depending how many plushies you won. Tip: You can get a free stamp card and stamp for each visit. Complete your stamp card and you'll receive an incentive. You can also win a free plushie on the day of your birthday if you show proof! $10 = 10 tokens $20 = 22 tokens $50 = 55 tokens $100 = 112 tokens Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 Parking: 7/10 SERVICE: 10/10 It was straightforward and nothing above and beyond. I appreciate the staff member giving us a stamp card right away without asking. I think it's very nice that they give you a cute pink basket to hold your tokens. Each claw machine is only 1 token per game!!! AMBIANCE: 10/10 There is no doubt that they get a 10/10 rating for ambiance. Everything was way too freaking cute. PARKING: 7/10 Located on the main street of Taraval, parking is always hit or miss.

So many prizes after spending $35. Def a fun double date.

What a spot! Finally a claw machine spot that's fair! We had a double date here, we spent $35 and won 8 prizes. That's roughly $4.38/prize. They have a promotion where $25 you get 30 tokens instead of 25 for June 2024 promotion. Definitely worth it, our first win was after using 3 coins. We had a lot of fun and the vibes were nice. Lots of good food nearby too. Bring your boo and buddies here and have a good time. My favorite prize was definitely the durian! So cute. Keropi, psyduck, shiba, one eyed alien, a cat, a brown bear, and a pineapple bear. Have a fun time, def worth it. They also have giant prizes that you can trade up too! -IG@Blacktigereats

A new claw machine place on Taraval! It's a dollar a play, you can exchange for coins with the machine or the employee. The staff was super friendly. They have so many cute plushies! I would say it takes at least 1-5 tries to win anything. Not the easiest but doable. You can also trade in your plushies for a bigger one in the back!

Bibbiti is such a fun and affordable spot for a day out with the family! They have a fantastic variety of claw machines--big ones for older kids (and adults!) and smaller ones that are perfect for younger kids. My family especially loves coming on Tuesdays when they offer an awesome deal: spend $25 and get 30 tokens. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's mostly metered street parking or residential, but it's definitely worth the effort. Weekday hours are a bit limited (they close around 4 PM), but they stay open later on weekends, which is great for evening visits. One of the coolest features is that you can trade your winnings for bigger plushies! If you want to save your winnings to build up for a future trade, just ask the worker--they're super helpful and will explain how it works. Bibbiti is such a fun experience every time we go. Highly recommend for a fun family outing or a quick claw machine fix!

This is a cute place that just popped up in the Sunset District. The prizes are beyond adorable and the staff is super friendly. You can also trade up your winnings for bigger prizes.

Plushies that I've won from Bibbiti

I LOVE BIBBITI!!! My go-to claw machine store that makes me feel like a winner every time! I try to go every Tuesday where their special is 32 tokens for $25. Each token allows you to play 1 game. With 32 tokens I usually get about 10 plushies that I can trade in for a bigger plushy! The owner is so nice as well Please come here instead of going to Round 1 or Dave & Busters!!! Those places take your money with little to no reward. Bibbiti on the other-hand, rewards you each time you come in and play BIBBITI IS THE GOAT OF CLAW MACHINES

Great environment, very energetic. There's about 26 different claw machines (4 small and 22 large), some items are duplicates in some machines. Once you obtain enough plushies, you are able to trade for larger items (at least 8 plushies for larger plushies). Great choice to enjoy with friends.

This is such a fun little claw arcade that scratched the itch! It's $1 per play but there is the option to trade up on the plushies that you win in the same trip here. There is also a stamp card option! The plushies are actually able to win, and you can ask for rearrangements if you think the stuffed animal "playfield" is in an orientation that seems

You can actually win things 1 in 10 times or better! Pricing was reasonable for the city. Better than a round1 in my opinion

I had a subpar experience at subpar where we held a little boys birthday party. It all started out…read moreOK. We arrived and the young people running the place hosted our group the best they could. Most eye incredibly kind and the mini golf course looked really cool with all of the San Francisco landmarks built in. We had reserved a small narrow room with a lovely view of the bay. The room has one long table with chairs and nothing else in it. There was no place for gifts or for the cake, which was odd to me. We met with the host (who we later learned was the manager) and reviewed the schedule for our group. We had originally reserved the space from 2-4pm but paid for an additional half hour to extend the pay until 4:30pm. We planned to play mini golf first, then eat, then play in the arcade for the last half hour. We went over this schedule with our host when we first arrived and they confirmed our plan. The boys enjoyed the competition of mini golf and the food (chicken tenders, fries, veggie egg rolls, wings and mozzarella sticks) was perfect for that age group. Where everything went horribly wrong is when the boys tried to use their unlimited arcade play cards. We actually went to the arcade ahead of schedule just after 3:45 and their cards already didn't work. They read "low balance" and wouldn't operate games. We started collecting them and asking the staff for help to get them fixed. None of the staff understood what was wrong or how to fix it. After about 10 minutes of confusion someone got the manager, a young woman named Diana. She took the stack of non- working cards and said that she would fix it . She disappeared into a back room for about 15 minutes. We waited with the gaggle of impatient little boys surrounding us, wanting to get back to play. When she came back we were excited and hopeful that she had fixed the problem so we could get the last 10 minutes (at this point) of arcade play, but instead she came out with a print out of the email thread from a week prior showing where it said, in fine print, that game play would end at 4pm even though we had paid extra for the additional half hour. I was livid that this manager would rather waste more of our time -- that should have been a celebration -- waiting for her to print out and highlight the single line we should've remembered that our arcade play time would end at 4pm. Yes, we didn't read the fine print, but what really makes me angry about this situation is that we went over the schedule together at the start of the party and told her that we wouldn't even head towards the arcade until 4pm. That would've been the best time to remind someone that the arcade play ended at 4pm! Not when there is an rambunctious pack of 11 year old bouncing around the arcade and waiting for their arcade play cards. It blows my mind that she chose to print out the multi page email thread rather than just giving us another 15-20 minutes of game play. We all knew we had to leave at 4:30pm. It was a really awful way to end what should have been a fun party and left a really bitter taste in our mouths. I mentioned to the manager that she should consider updating the training so that all hosts understood they should review the schedule AND give reminders if there are any hard stops, and she rolled her eyes at me. That really showed me how much she did not care about customer service. Maybe she was having a hard day and we were the last straw, but it was a really awful experience and an awful way to end a day that should have been fun.
