7D Experience located deep in the Pier at 39. It is also part of the Go City Pass Package along with the The Fly in SF. The 7D experience has multiple game simulations and you wait in line to ride. Each ride is probably about 5 minutes. They keep score and the chairs move. Fun for all ages and great for families.

Yo!!! This place was off the swindle!!! Lol the whole experience was bad ass lol make sure to check in you get 2 bucks off, man i honestly dont have the words to express how much fun and thrilling it was. First u pick what theme of action you want, then you walk in and watch an intro video to let u know whats going on and you prepare your self and get ready for the fun. Once ur in u sit down and buckle in they hand you some 3d glasses and you get the gun thats next to you seat and let the fun begin. The seats move in sequence with whats happening on the screen its weird because when there was wind in the screen u can feel the wind in ur seat, hella koo!! The customer service was great they employees were really friendly after the first show they offer us a half price 2nd show and we did it again. At the end they take your pic that you could buy as a souvenir for 10 dollars. I would so do this again and recommend it to any one and every one. Check them out!!!

3d screen and moving seats make it 7D

The 7D experience is a great concept! We loved fastening our seatbelts and shooting zombies. It was like a big shooting game from the arcades! If you have a game lover, this is definitely a stop to try. It is located at Pier 39. Price: $11 per person Parking: street parking if you luck out or paid parking close by. If i were you, use the muni/bus/cable cars. We had a lot of fun doing this, but it was really short. Just when we started getting into it, the ride ended. Seriously, we put $2 to $4 in an arcade to shoot and play longer than this. The staff also didn't seem into their jobs. We couldn't hear the person giving the instructions, and I couldn't help to observe how they were bored about the whole thing. Ruins the whole experience when you can't even pretend to like the job. Tips if you do try: Buy the groupon and save money Check in on yelp and get $2 off admission Visit Cup and Cake at Pier 39 to get a cupcake, coffee and free admission to the ride for $9.

    The seating was awesome!

The employee who helped us did not speak much English so she had a hard time communicating with us. There was a younger man there who was able to take over and booked us for a 7D Zombies Experience. It was a lot better than I expected. The promotion videos and posters outside need to be updated because they do not do them justice and is probably why we had the entire theater to ourselves. I would definitely do this again!

Tallahassee: My mama always told me someday I'd be good at something. Who'd a guessed that something'd be zombie-killing? Columbus: Probably nobody. Zombieland I got my first gun for xmas when I was 4. It came with a cowboy type belt and holster. I patrolled the mean streets of downtown San Diego and kept order. Technology has changed a lot since those simpler days. I was excited to learn this place has guns with a laser sight and zombies were overrunning the earth. After a brief orientation we got into our seats and what do you know zombies appear! That is when the teenage girls started shrieking! The more zombies I doubled tapped the more zombies appeared and the louder the girls screamed. It was total mayhem. In the end I saved us from zombies and got the high score. It was like living in Zombieland. :-)

    I hope I don't lose my lunch...

A fun shooter game like the Simpson ride! Wish it was longer, but I've done it multiple times!

We did both the zombie game and the banditos one, both are fun but the zombie one is the best one for sure!

This is one of the many attractions in Pier 39. They have the flyer ride, they have a "7D…read moreexperience" which is like a "shooter" game on a giant screen, and then they also have two "escape rooms." Everybody who worked here was very. friendly. I did the flyer ride. It is about a seven or eight minute ride, It was a lot of fun. It's one of those where you sit in the seats, and then the floor drops out from under you, and it is like you are flying over the city. The wind blows in your face, and when you were going over the water, you feel just a little bit of a spray. I don't want to give anything away, but it does take you all over the city. It was really a lot of fun. The only reason I'm taking off a star, is because the flyer ride is a bit expensive. It's $14 per person, adult or child. That wasn't too bad for myself, but if you are more than two or three people, it can add up. Regardless, it was well worth the money for myself to do. I wouldn't ride the same ride again, but if they changed the movie, I would definitely ride it again. This ride is also part of the "San Francisco city pass." I had fun... Thanks.

An okay one-time tourist attraction…read more I didn't know this existed until I came here with my family this past weekend. It had been a while since I last visited Pier 39. We were showing my aunts and uncle around the city, so I thought this would be something fun to do with the family. We had 8 people, and it was $14 per person. After we got our tickets, we went up the escalators to the second floor and walked inside. There was no wait. We sat in the top row, and we could see the edge of the screen. If you have the option, I would recommend choosing the bottom row. Note, if you're super, super afraid of heights, this may not be for you. The guard rails go away and the platform slightly lowers during the ride. I'm afraid of heights but this was nothing for me. However, my two aunts told me they were gripping the handles tightly the entire time. The experience was really short, about 5 minutes or so. For the price, video quality, and duration, I wouldn't pay to do this again. Definitely not worth the $14 per person.
