Three dogs, 15 minutes. The groomer I prefer, does a great job with my cat too. He is a 25lb Tom Cat and very picky as cats can be. The place is a converted home. The entrance is welcoming as is the lobby. Plants and dog treats abound. Areas for your family member to relieve themselves before entering and not a sidewalk or parking lot. I feel they treat my family like theirs. Old school so no debit or credit cards accepted. Cash and checks only. Helps them save us money in the long run. Call and leave a message if need be. Someone will return your call. Facility is clean and odor free. Open and airy too. Let them know of any known issues your family member has and they will accommodate them as best as they can.

I've been grooming for 9yrs and I worked almost a full month grooming with her I didn't last longer because I don't agree in the shops standards it's very dirty and she uses the same towel to dry a dog and it smells, let me not even tell you about the employee bathroom. She told me all the groomers have quit and I understand why clients don't complain because she's charging $25 to $28 a groom to just shave the dog down. Also she wants you to shave down all the dogs dirty and damage your equipment, it was almost $200 in repairs to clean and sharpen my tools. She took more than a month to pay me and she paid me only $75 for my labor and time. My gas was more than the trip there.

She was there for 3 hours, and all they did was shave her because they claimed the matts she had were "so bad." Then when I demanded a refund to the manager there who was also the groomer who shaved her, she told me there was nothing she could do over the phone and the owner was the only one. Why are you a store manager if you're not able to refund someone? But besides that, I thought she looked fine at first, and once in my car, she kept her head down low and wouldn't even look at me. She was shaved and burned on her stomach. I asked other groomers around and they all told me that it looks like she was burned because the groomer didn't know what she was doing and didn't change the hot blade often or take breaks and it burned her skin. Also, if it was so bad according to the groomer that she needed to be shaved, when I said specifically NOT to shave her at drop off, why wasn't I called and told that she might "need" to be shaved and asked if I wanted that done before doing something that I didn't ask. She had such gorgeous fur, and now it's not going to grow back the same. The owner here is also terrible. I finally got my refund, but like a week later, after bugging her to get it together. Every day, it was another excuse as to why she couldn't, and she would let me know the next day and the next day. So unprofessional. The owner also threatened me in chat messages saying that if I write reviews, she'll post my name and personal address and phone number to let people know I "abuse my dog" just because she came in matted. It happens, and dogs will be dogs. She's my dad's responsibility and doesn't even live with me, so that's not my fault, and the owner knew this. I should've known not to bring my dads dog in when I did because I brought my dog in before, like 4 months before this, and he looked sad coming home, and his fur was uneven everywhere. However, after confirming, they changed my appointment without any notification until the day of the appointment. Instead of the original one-hour window, I was suddenly expected to wait up to five hours for their arrival. It appears they overbook appointments and then shuffle customers around at the last minute without notifying them in advance. When I called to ask about this business practice, the owner repeatedly talked over me instead of addressing my concerns. When I continued asking questions, he simply hung up on me. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.

She doesn't require pets to be updated on vaccines. Her videos of her grooming shows her mishandling pets, and her grooming "after photos" are sub par. Everyone starts somewhere but she needs experience before being a private business. She needs experience with customer service, breed trims, and proper pet care restraint and handling. After our conversation it made it difficult for me to even want to bring my pets to her. Also after posting my review she said she has friends who work for yelp, so many of her reviews are filtered.
