Each visit I have had with Dr Bianco was rushed, and I felt pushed out the door.
The nurses and staff treat people like they are numbers.
I had an extraction a week ago, and had symptoms of what I thought was an infection that settled in very quickly (less than 10 hours).
My temperature kept dropping too low, so I called to ask to be seen. He refused because he was "teaching a class after work" (what kind of doctor puts those kinds of things before a patient? No doctor I've ever been to in the past).
So I made an appointment for the next day at 4:20.
I waited for a good 15-20 minutes, was rushed into a room, and waited. He came in, looked at the extraction sites for two seconds, said there was nothing wrong and said "I can give you an antibiotic for a possible infection starting but that's all I can do" He looked at me like I was begging for pain medication or something.
So I waited at the window to pay for my visit, and the nurse rushed out shoving a script in my hands saying "Here. You can go now."
I said "Do I need to pay to be seen at least?"
"No you can just go".
I've never felt so humiliated and angry in a doctor/ 5dentist office before in my life, and I will NOT be recommending this office nor will I be back (I also won't be filling the script they gave me to pacify me either).
He may be good at surgery and being quick about them, but that's all that he's good for. Take your time and money elsewhere if you're looking for someone who is going to genuinely care about your wellbeing. read more
