I know it has been a little bit since the change, but it was a little sad to see. They still offer grocery pick up for those who prefer to pick up their items. Heinen's is a great local grocery chain. They have a nice deli, produce section and wine area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great place to shop.

Do they realize customers don't like pushing a cart around? Do some data analytics on that for customer experience. Not to mention, the carts take up literally the whole aisle. And don't get me started on those stupid things with other products on it within the aisle that you have to maneuver around -- I think they have enough space on the shelves since most of the time it's empty...
