SOMETHING FREAKY IS GOING ON. I left a review a long time ago and now it's GONE. In fact, I was the one who added this business to Yelp! I suppose it could be because they moved a few times. Either that, or it was the GNOMES. Anyway... Krakow is THE place for amazing kielbasa. The best in NE Ohio. I recommend the "country" version which is double smoked. On par with what they serve in Poland. The pierogi are great too, lots of kinds to choose from. They also have a bunch of deli items that you will find now where, like head cheese. You Gen Z's won't know what I'm talking about, but your grandma will! If you want some alcoholic candy and chocolates, this is definitely the place. They have a large selection. I have gotten some items I didn't care for (some of the import stuff), but no dig on Krakow, just personal taste. You do also have to remember that these items are European and not geared towards American's taste. Basically, if you don't have the money to fly to Poland, go hang out in this store for a while. This store has been around and the new location and store is fantastic. They have a good selection of Polish and other European beers. They have a pretty good deli meat selection and sausages. Personally I like and buy the Alexandra Pierogis and when they have them , their panczki! read more

Authentic Polish items in a small deli. It has lots of good old school items. Krakow Foods is located in Parma. Besides the deli products there's also lots of candy. They also have a refrigerated area with pickled meats and vegetables that gives off an odd smell. Here the deli section is the most popular where people can get kielbasa and other Polish meats. If you don't want meat there's lots of other things to choose from like the candy that takes up an entire section of the store. They have some good authentic choices, and you can tell it's authentic because it's all in Polish, but they add English labels on to some things. Also check out the refrigerated area. There's also some bakery items like the famous paczkis. It just is a small store but it has a lot to look around at. Many authentic items you have to go to a specialty store like this to get. Update from review 4 years ago. Well, I was hoping since the move, that things may have improved with the attitude of the people working there. It hasn't. They're still rude. The store itself is a great improvement over the prior location. There are many more options to choose from; especially the pre packaged items. It's a decent place to pick up some tasty Polish items. The shopping experience is fine as long as you don't have any expectations concerning the people working there. I was hoping the nicer, larger space may brighten the mood of the employees. WRONG! No one smiles or seems in a good mood or even tries to make you feel like a valued customer. If you ask a question, you're made to feel as if you're being a bother to them, or you don't even get an answer. Customer service skills are SORELY LACKING! They don't seem to understand, or care about the fact that if the staff and owners are pleasant to the customers, that it's good for their business. Maybe they're rude just because I speak to them in English and not Polish. It seems they're always so much more respectful to customers who speak Polish. Like I said, as long as you go in there knowing exactly what you want and where it is, you'll be ok. But, if you expect to be made to feel welcome and valued as a customer by the people working there, don't hold your breath. read more

Walked through the store to see what they had to offer and as I walked out she confronted me of stealing soup packets! LOL! She pointed to my pocket which I gladly showed her had a packet of Planter peanuts in it. Does she apologize? Heck no! Rude, will never spend a dime in this store. This is the place local Poles can go to if they are desperate to taste some of their favorite ethnic foods. And "desperate" is the right word, as the store (despite having some great imported items) is unclean and outdated, while it looks like a slapped-together temporary store as opposed to the proud single such representative of Polish culinary culture in the geographic area. The service has also been deeply unpleasant every time my wife or I go here. If this store were in an area like Chicago where there is competition among Polish delis, it would go out of business. I don't say these things to be overly critical: I want this place to succeed, because we have nothing else like it in the area. Major updates needed! read more

Very poor service, and so very rude management. They do have many products that are not marked with price tags *WHY!?* , and getting easily frustrated when asked to fix it.... For the choice of products they offer it is so so. Prices are not as low as in Chicago but that is understandable. I feel sorry for quite polite employees working there... read more

Small Polish deli, clean, friendly staff. if you want a very wide selection of various types of smoked sausages and kielbasa, give this place a try. Most people who are not Polish don't realize there are dozens of types of smoked sausages and kielbasa, and this place has a good selection. They also have a nice selection of Polish imported foods and groceries such as candies, soup mixes, noodles, seasonings, jams, cookies and such, as well as frozen pierogies. Krakow Deli is a tiny store packed full of authentic Polish items. Most items do not have English on the packaging so you can be adventurous or ask the very nice and helpful staff. We purchased a fruit cake that was AMAZING that was similar to Italian panetone but loaf shaped instead of round. Highly recommend it. Lots of interesting jams, pickled items and canned meats in addition to a dairy and frozen section. Lots of pierogies too. read more

Such nice people! Such a jammed packed store full of ethnic food. Deli looks good, people speaking polish, real nice ambience. Unfortunately, the bakery, is about the worse tasting bakery I've ever had. I so wanted to like it. The poppyseed roll was so dry. Lots of poppyseed but dry and bland. The boxed cheese cakes were very bland too. I had the chocolate one and the yellow cake with vanilla cheese and apricot. My family had one bite and my nephew said it was not good at all. The only thing I bought that was good was the fruit cake moist and full of fruit and nuts, the texture of banana nut bread. Thank goodness I bought this, because I spent $40 and this was the only thing that was good. The good news is I went to Colozza's too and bought a variety of bakery there. It saved Easter dessert for me. I wish Krakow Deli well, and maybe if I was Polish, I would like it (Maybe??) I have a Czech heritage and am used to moist poppy seed rolls and bakery thats tender and sweet. I tried to go to Rudy's but there were 10 people waiting in line out of the door.
