Between the lines of first day back and traffic around to school, I was 12 minutes late for my appointment. They promptly told me they wanted to reschedule. I was only there for prescription refills. It would have been a "sit in the office, small talk for a few minutes" apointment... and "here's your prescription refills". I'm on blood pressure medication and just need a refill and they don't care because I didn't call while I was driving through school zones to get to the doctors office. I have a job and kids and they have no problem making me wait for 10 to 15 minutes, but heaven forbid they wait for you for a few minutes. I'll be finding a new doctor that cares.

I told her, I had mentioned on the phone that I'm bringing in my son because I don't have a sitter and she never said anything! I kid you not, I was fuming right on the get go! I told them to cancel my appointment then and I stormed back in my car. Then I realized, I haven't made my point just yet. So, I walked back up to the front door, opened it and pointed at the front desk lady and said "Oh, by the way, YOU'RE NOT WEARING A MASK EITHER!"
