This was an interesting consult…read more I came here not because of an injury, or because I wanted a general movement assessment. I was having problems with a very specific movement and wanted to figure out how to fix it. Morey was very prompt in calling me back. We talked on the phone, and then set up a session. I didn't do the 16 movement assessment. He put me into different positions to stimulate what the problem could be, did a couple of tests to identify potential leads, and then came up with a template to target those issues. He emailed me videos of exercises I should do to help correct the issue, and followed up on my questions. At the end of all of this, I'm cautiously optimistic. And I am a bit intrigued with the whole process and his expertise. Mainly because 1) I do more performance art/acrobatic stuff, and I'm pretty sure he knew nothing about my particular sport, nor had he ever worked with this particular movement problem, and 2) he came up with new exercises on the fly that could correct the problem. So, I'm going to give credit where credit is due.... he answered my questions, he addressed my concerns, he was knowledgeable and professional. Overall, very informative and a very valuable use of time.

I had…read moreto keep calling twice a day to ask if I had a new surgeon and Kayt being told I would be notified. I wasn't. I had to keep calling every single day. That's after waiting for six weeks, which, for a bicep tear is on the outside of when it should be affective. Now as a result of delay after delay and excuse after excuse, instead of having a small 2 inch scar I have a giant, Frankenstein looking scar in the middle of my arm. Now, three months later, I'm trying to do my follow up post-op appointment. And for the second week in a row, it was canceled. The second time, they didn't even bother to notify me so I had to drive all the way out there only to find a waiting room full of people, all, asking the same questions: where the hell is the doctor? The excuse was, he had an emergency surgery in the morning. But this was 3:30 in the afternoon and they still didn't bother to call any of us. Everyone there is very polite, and always apologetic, which they wouldn't need to do if they actually just did their job (you know, like actually notifying patients when the doctor isn't even there and needs to cancel.). So, if this is your only option, then I guess you have to take it. But their communication is absolutely terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED.

What do you mean I walked in with left knee pain and walked out without any! I've been hating life with this consistent pain and I'm writing this review 3 hours after therapy and my knee still feels great! Locations great, easy in, easy out. I did my research and had some referrals so I had high expectations walking in. From the friendly receptionist, clean bldg, and office space and friendly staff, I already knew I was going to be very happy here. I got seen almost right away too which was awesome! I had my consultation with Sean, great guy, super cool and very informative! After being seen, he walked me through on what steps we were going to take to make me feel better. I started having a hot flash before we got started and he totally understood where I was coming from because he has a wife who is going through the same thing and made me feel right at home talking about it. He set me up with Diego who was super friendly, very clear on what he was going to do and how I would feel and that was very helpful since I've never done physical therapy before. I can say with utmost confidence he has healing hands for sure. He gave me a deep tissue style massage around my knee and thigh and I think that alone made my knee feel better almost instantly. He helped me stretch a few different ways which felt so good afterwards. Lastly I ended the session with these things they put on my legs like compression coverings to help with circulation which was super gnarly and felt great, I'd like another please lol. The whole staff was happy, laughs and it really felt like they were a family and it was super nice to see and take part for the hour I was there. Everyone was very accommodating too. I'm short and needed a step up stool to get on the beds and it was no problem, got one right away and I really appreciated the super friendliness and thoroughness throughout this visit. I made a second appt for tomorrow, let's keep the momentum going. Note: I drove 45 min to go to this location because of the referrals I was given and for service like this, I'd do it over and over again each time, without hesitation. Thank you!! You MUST use them for your physical therapy needs. I'll take pics to add tomorrow. But they had a lil gym area, several rooms and beds, I saw people getting a massage or other services and the place was poppin!
