It's rare to find providers who combine high level of technical knowledge with such a practical, honest approach to aesthetics, especially in LA, where I've had my fair share of experiences with providers..! Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent. Happy to say due to the ambience, staff, an amazing injector Nikki and timely service. I will definitely be going back to them soon. Thanks Skin by Lovely and Nikki H. (Injector)

If you want to rail against this unalienable truth and stave off the inevitable a teensy bit, this place will gladly help you do it. I've only done botox here and it's easy to book and it's a professional outfit. I did botox in my neck and I don't think it did anything but it was worth a try I guess. I also tried in my upper lip to smooth out those lines, and I do not recommend trying it. You will not be able to it properly! The botox works! but you can't move your mouth, lol. Otherwise, I've tried it to smooth out my forehead and other areas, and it's worked fine, with no ill effects.

I came to this location a little over a year ago for filler removal, and they did a good job, which…read moreis why I'm not giving them zero stars. Unfortunately, I returned for microneedling and PRP and had a completely different experience. I specifically explained that I did not want filler anymore, and PRP was recommended instead. The nurse applied PRP around the sides of my upper cheek area, which I deeply regret. Afterward, I learned that many providers do not inject PRP into the cheeks this way at all, which makes me question why this treatment was recommended and performed in that area in the first place. At first, the result seemed fine, but over time the volume changed and appears to have shifted into other areas. The worst part is that, unlike filler, I can't simply have it dissolved. When I contacted the clinic, instead of offering to evaluate the problem or help find a solution, they suggested I may have had the procedure somewhere else. I know exactly where I had it done, and if another clinic had done it, I would obviously be contacting that provider instead. Regardless of whether they agree with my concerns, I believe a clinic should take a patient seriously when they report an unwanted result from a procedure performed there. I would like them to acknowledge the situation, properly evaluate what happened, and work with me toward a solution rather than questioning my account of where the treatment was performed.

At the end of 2024, I went back for lip filler (my third time getting lip filler, but my first time not being treated directly by Ginille). I received half a syringe using a different filler and technique than what Ginille had previously used. I completely understand that approaches can vary but this experience was very painful. I remember thinking at the time that I wouldn't come back, because I knew it didn't need to hurt that much. Unfortunately, that appointment was about 15 months ago, and I've had a white scar on my upper left lip ever since that appointment that hasn't gone away. I'm including a couple of photos and a short video for reference. It's more noticeable when my lips are moving. This review is overdue, and I wasn't planning on posting this, but it came back up after a facial I had yesterday when the scar was noticed, again. I had hoped it would fade over time, but it hasn't, and now I'm concerned about what it might look like if I get a lip filler touch up ahead of my wedding. I really loved Ginille and trusted her to bring on capable injectors, but unfortunately this wasn't my experience. I certainly am not expecting for perfection, but I consider a scar-less treatment pretty much the bar minimum. Looking back at my emails, I believe the injector who treated me was named Lauren.
