The Builder had scheduled a date for the initial inspection I commissioned. Mike arrived on time and kept in constant communication with me. On that scheduled date, the inspector called me to let me know that it was in my best interest to delay the inspection until the builder had completed some areas that were included in his inspection. Though he was busy, the repairman offered to come out after 5pm to look at the unit. He was able to come out sooner than 5 and got the repair done the same day. His fee was reasonable and I got none of the up-sale or quotes to replace things that didn't need to be replaced. His charge for freon refill beat every quote I had from other companies. His diagnostic fee was also less than most others out there. If you need a\c repair service and want no nonsense, professional service at a reasonable price, I highly recommend J&J.
