4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

Tyler is very knowledgeable, and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He is very thorough and meticulous as he also discovered a water leak around the powder room toilet, with damaged sub flooring which he replaced. He also had to unexpectedly treat some unknown mold. He then detected some slight warping in the new flooring shortly after they began laying it. He dealt with the flooring company even when they initially said it was fine. He insisted it was defective and proved this to them through photos and an on-site visit. He had all the new flooring replaced with a different option and the job was completed as quickly as possible. He was always very conscientious about keeping our home clean, safe, and "livable" during the project knowing we have 2 toddlers and 3 dogs in the house. Have nothing but great things to say about him and his assistants. Would recommend his company to anyone!

I could not get anyone to help us in our immediate area. I reached out to Cityline 65 miles away from our home. A couple of days later the owner personally came to see the damage. They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. They were here everyday with up to 12 people working. 59 days later, they finished. The team did an amazing job. The basement looks great and the first floor is beautiful. It was on this day that Cityline guaranteed us that they will support our restoration project with commitment, professionalism, and thought from beginning to end. An hour after the last firefighter left our house and our insurance company was called, a representative from Cityline reached out to set up an appointment to begin our restoration. The response was fast and amazing. That evening equipment began to arrive. The following morning an entire work crew arrived and began the clean-up. In addition, Dana was appointed as our project manager and took away every worry we had by taking complete control of all scheduling.
