Delivery service has always been awful to my weekend residence. Once again my tank emptied and the…read morewater system froze and failed. Another costly repair because of delivery failure. They deliver "when they got around to it". I understand delivery can be difficult following a snow storm, but I plowed, improved and widened my driveway to make delivery easier, and they installed a remote meter so they would know when the tank fell below 30 percent. Nevertheless, the tank emptied and we have the unpleasant consequences. Unreliable.

Dan stonewalled me saying he didn't have the information. I called him out on it knowing he must speak with his regional manager quite regularly. After which he said that he wasn't giving me the information as he needed to call his regional manager first. When I informed Dan that I will be invoicing him for daily tank storage for each day until their tank is removed he laughed and informed me that I cannot do that. Yes, I absolutely called him a derogatory name over the phone upon which he hung up on me. Was that professional of me? No. I'm also not the professional; I'm a long-term ex-customer of Anderson Propane. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere.

And I don't like being played like an idiot -- Same price to fill a 30cu.ft tank as a 45 cu.ft. tank -- wonder what a 90 cu ft tank would cost? Guy said it is labor you're paying for? What? One guy would rather be on Mars while helping you, and then again you may get a great guy who actually understand your needs and is there to really help, then it's just pricing that is suspect. I'm 62 and was not born yesterday, and the guy will try to BS you? What the hell? All in all, I wish there was another alternative who could fill my 30 cu ft. tank. I own it and don't need a swap out, just a fill. Use either hydrogen or helium.
