They deliver "when they got around to it". I understand delivery can be difficult following a snow storm, but I plowed, improved and widened my driveway to make delivery easier, and they installed a remote meter so they would know when the tank fell below 30 percent. They cannot explain how a liquid gas freezes, but common sense would tell you moisture in their 30yr old tank that is rusting and has had multiple service calls on it during non-use months and lucky to see them at all. especially when the regulator vent was frozen, (which is their equipment) and the tech tried to hide it thinking she would not notice what he was hiding. The tech was rude the girl on the phone was rude. All you get are promises promises promises but no action! And this is how you treat an elderly woman running a non-profit organization for the local community. And yes, this was at the place of business, as we had their equipment pulled last year for the same reasons at her residence. Called Amerigas, and Halls, can't wait till this tank is empty, would not recommend just think if this was your 85-yr old mother and they won't call you or her back. Anyways 2 weeks after the initial call they showed up and did nothing. So, the community organization that was 10 mins away from their shop was closed for 2 weeks due to no heat. We have been approved for the Heap program for the last 3 years and the 1st two years waited for the Heap payment in March for their money. This year with no prior notification they change the rule and took us off of delivery. Again, two disabled seniors to find out on our own that they would not be out to refill our tank in the middle of winter. I will make a complaint to the Ohio Heap Program and show that this is a true statement. Check BBB reviews and you will see how Anderson's changes policy without notification to customers.

They will let you run out of propane in the winter, and they won't even talk about refunding the amount you have already paid. Now fourteen days since I paid more than $1,000 for propane. No delivery, no reasonable response from those rude women who take the phone calls, no possible way to talk to anyone in charge or with a sense of responsibility. Just wait until the bad weather is done and you no longer need your propane, then we'll deliver. There is no way to complain in any effective way except through independent reviews like this one. Please, please avoid this company. You are in for nothing but lies, rudeness, incompetence and laziness.
