Lizzii is now the exception to that rule. She not only made me feel like myself, she made me feel like the BEST version of myself. (cue me walking past every mirror in the wedding suite and saying HOLY SMOKES I LOOK AMAZING). Her makeup was not only perfect when she first applied it, it was perfect after a 10 hour wedding day through sweat and tears and even - embarrassingly enough- it was perfect when I woke up the next morning. I cannot recommend Lizzii enough - she is a beautiful person and a talented makeup artist! I wish there was more stars to give her.

The staff was overall very welcoming, offered to start us off in the sauna and then we were led to our massage rooms. The massage itself was great! One thing I will say is to be very specific about what you want otherwise they will just go through a routine. But I find this important for most massage spots. The reason I'm giving this a two start review is because of the pedicure. The woman doing my massage repeatedly cut me, and when I was jerking away she didn't stop. The polish is also very messy and after multiple times asking her to fix it she did not. So for the overall value after the upcharge for shellac polish that now I'll just need to get removed I was very unhappy with the service! I believe the women there are all trained in everything so obviously did not specialize in pedicures! Also as far as polish selection goes they don't have many so if you're looking for anything out of the realm of pinks, nudes and darker reds you'll be disappointed! So I'd recommend this place for the massage, but definitely stick to an actual nail salon for the toes!

We both had the Aromatherapy Massage and it was absolutely heavenly. I could have laid on that table for the rest of the evening. The room was completely cozy and comfortable and it was awesome that they gave us the option of being in the same room even though we were just a couple of friends and not a "couple". Ha. A really lovely experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone headed into the Kelowna area. It's my understanding that their staff travel between their three locations and are all very good at their jobs. :)

They ran out of my color so told me I was put on a back order and would be called when the product came in. Its been over 2 weeks and still no call. So in the meantime, I have tried another brand of makeup and will not be buy MAC any more. Its just ridiculous that a customer has to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get the make up they want. I think the company really needs to do something about this or they will be losing a lot more customers.
