Dr. Ramanath reviewed my complaints, did a physical exam (eyes, ears, lungs etc) and posed some careful questions. After a brief discussion, he gave me a diagnosis and was up front with what I should expect with the medicine prescribed. It was helpful for him to frame how effective he thought each would be and how I would know if they were working properly. Importantly, he confirmed that all could be taken together without worry. He did a great job developing rapport with me in the process. I chose DOCS because I had visited there 5 or 6 years ago and was treated similarly well. Reading the other reviews here it feels like we visited two completely different places. I'm sure that time of day, day of week and time of year will impact how busy DOCS or any other urgent care center will be. All I can do is share my experience.
