Even when you contact them for clarification, they take forever to get back to you. The group was also involved in a Medicare and Medicaid fraud case where they had to settle with the government due to submission of false claims. When I arrived the provider took me in immediately and tested to confirm I had strep throat. I was able to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic right there at the same time. This was so much more reliable than the local urgent care options. Its also great they are open on the weekends as needing attention on Sat. or Sun. can be a nightmare. I would definitely recommend the Minute Clinic for simple ailments like strep or a sinus infection.

I worked with a specific doctor and I've been working with him about over a year counting with the post office operation which makes it 2 years. I asked my doctor If today marks the last time I'll see him and he gave me a really big hug stating that this is not a goodbye. This is a see you later and he is always available in case if I need him for any future purposes, but I feel confident that he did a great job and I will be able to move forward confidently. They had, however, done an ultrasound to determine this. Two weeks later I called to see where my refund was. I was told it could take 45 days for insurance - given that they did do the ultrasound portion, I did not mention that had the original doctor made the same determination from the original ultrasound, I wouldn't have been there. 45 days later, I call. Yup, I do have a credit balance that would go back to my credit card. A week later, I still don't have it. They had to have my money up front - now they have had my money for 2.5 months. Not acceptable.

There was no place to put my stretcher so they had to put me in a wheelchair and sent me in the emergency waiting room with everyone else. I was there for over 4 hours and I left. I will never go back to this urgent Care they are getting very sloppy.
