Darling Joe's response to my pricing confusion was to inform me how scary 8% tax can be. After one month and a week (literally went across the world and came back in this time), I was told I could pick up my computer, but there was still damage to the front screen and side (glue on my computer screen)?? Joe said he was not aware the screen detached, as if he did not check his work before returning it, but told me I could bring my computer back for free as if that made sense. I can only explain this as child's play. I miss when people took pride in their work. I would refer you to Best Buy for another laptop.

I have never been disappointed! I am especially grateful that they are so honest and trustworthy. I recently brought a ring that needed to have the diamonds tightened. The jeweler told me there were two ways of doing so and explained what was involved. One way would only cost $50. The other would cost $100+ more (due to the addition of gold). I agreed to pay the higher price. When I received my piece, I was thrilled to learn that there was no need to reinforce/add the gold after all. I was only charged $50 and my ring turned out beautifully. In regard to the negative review from another customer below, I'd like to say that Cunningham's takes a photo of your jewelry whether it is to replace a watch battery for $12 or fix a thousand dollar piece. This photo is shared on both their paperwork and yours. Therefore, there is no question that the item you brought to fix is the same one returned to you. Thank you Cunningham Jewelry. Keep up the great work!
