I really enjoyed partnering with my son and daughter to create a dance or set of movements. I broke into minimal sweat and felt like I had completed a light workout after 90 minutes. Good for all ages and levels or fitness. I've had at least one of my munchkins going here for the last 4 years (ever since we moved to this area). Between them they've taken Ballet 1, 2, 3, 4, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Modern Dance, Tap, and Jazz...so I think we've seen quite a variety of classes. We could not be happier with KDT. It has been and continues to be a positive place for our munchkins to learn dance (and made some good friends to boot). She was an amazing instructor and tailored the class so that it would be challenging for me. Kreea is good at talking you through each move, giving helpful tips, and showing you how to avoid injury. I learned so many new things and got in a great workout! My one piece of advice would be to bring a towel and a water bottle because you will work up a sweat! If you are new to pole, I highly recommend trying a class at Vertical Dance. It's an excellent way to build strength and confidence. I can't wait for the next time I'm back in the area and can attend a class.

We were also informed that we would not be reimbursed for the remainder of the month for the courses that we have been forcibly dropped from.
