I have been using this training program for a month, and I love it!…read more I am a nurse with a rotating day/night shift schedule and am frequently traveling. My life style makes it difficult to get into a gym and stay consistent with a personal trainer or work-out plan. The Microsoft band, along with Steve's tailored work-out plans, have provided the ability to stay on track with exercise regardless of my location or schedule. I love how Steve creates work-outs that I can do anywhere, focussing on the specific areas I am trying to tone, along with videos demonstrating the correct technique. Steve also takes into consideration a old hand injury I have, designing work-outs that alleviate pain but still produce a a great work-out! The Microsoft band has many great features! Since the work-outs are synced to the band, it acts as a mini personal trainer letting you know when a rep is done, your step goal has been reached, or a running pace needs to be changed, all while tracking your heart rate. The biggest thing I like about this program is the motivational factor. The idea that a live trainer is tracking your daily progress, sending you reports and goals, as well as critiquing your work-out plans, is SO motivating! You can literally have your trainer or work-out plan anywhere you go, with out going to the gym! I highly recommend this program to anyone! Madeline

The…read moreare open 24/7 including holidays, have a huge selection of gym equipment, free weights, treadmills, etc. Most times I've arrived at about 7:30AM and am still able to utilize all the stations that I want, albeit in a different order if it is occupied. Whenever I've been there I've heard music playing, yet not obnoxiously loud. They have private classes at an extra annual fee which I've not been interested in because everything I want to use is already there and id personally prefer to exercise at my own pace. There are several tanning booths as well as automated massage tables which I avoid because I don't want to assume a recumbent position in someone else's perspiration, even though there are disinfectant sprats and towels everywhere. Everyone must present their membership card to enter. I personally would like the entrance to be locked and have members swipe to enter. I noticed that they also sell protein shakes which I've never tried. Their motto used to be "We don't judge " which has since been cha fed to " Where the locals train" which i could care less about. Overall, this is a place for fitness for everyone and I will continue my membership for the foreseeable future.
