From the start, the person I spoke with sounded like he did not want my business. I politely explained the wedding area and the pickup and drop-off locations I needed, and instead of being helpful, he acted like my questions were unreasonable. I was only asking for basic pricing and service information. I would not recommend this company based on the way they treat potential customers.

Amazing Rip off!!! I…read moream booking a sprinter van and SUV for my daughter's wedding. Initial quote for the sprinter from S. Reno to a location up Mt. Reno, again, 20-30 minute trip with a two hour minimum for the SUV. Okay, I can deal with this as I understand minimum, so I add one stop in Incline village for both the sprinter and SUV. Total trip time per Google Maps, 58 minutes. I just received a new quote that now for my TOTAL 58 minute trip, they have to increase the sprinter minimum time to 5 HOURS and the SUV for 3 HOURS!!!!! For a 58 minute job!!! If that is not a complete rip off, tell me what is.
