What really stood out was the owner. She was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay because both the parents and the kids were having such a great time. That level of flexibility and customer service is hard to find. Although the venue is clearly designed for toddlers, my 7-year-old and 11-year-old nephew also managed to stay busy and have a great time. Overall, the owner was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely wanted everyone to have a good experience.
