I paid $160, and I'm honestly very disappointed and not satisfied with my nails. The base color was supposed to be nude, but it came out pink instead. The design is also uneven--one hand has 6 petals on a flower and the other has 5 because there was a visible gap. One of the flowers is even yellow instead of white like the rest, which makes it look inconsistent. It also looked like the brush wasn't clean during application. I can't express how much I appreciate Jenny for the pedicures she has given me. It took me a very long time to find some one that could cut my toe nails correctly. Jenny has been very patient and understanding. I have very thick toe nails and a tendency to get ingrown nails in my big toes. She has taken the time to cut my nails so that ingrown nails are no longer a problem. Beyond Nails Spa has a very relaxing atmosphere in which I look forward to being pampered. Kim the owner or at least the one in charge is Sooo rude. Rolling her eyes with horrific facial expressions the whole time to current guest in the salon and the ones that call on the phone. Her whole staff seems rude and angry. They charge you extra to "buy" your own nail file, then barely put enough polish on your nails to be seen. Left with uneven nails without enough polish all while being insulted. Not to mention the massage chairs don't even recline enough to be considered reclining. Don't wast your time. The owner lady was so rude. I had spent a large amount of money and brought new people with me each time I was there, a total of 6 people 7 including myeself. Which gives them more money and clientele, so you would think they would not be so rude. They were super busy and asked if I wanted a pedicure with my fill, I decided why not, I will treat myself. So I asked for a deluxe pedicure, what I received was a foot wash, nail trim and color. It wasn't even a basic pedicure, they didn't even scrub my feet with anything. I nicely told her when she charged me that it wasn't a deluxe pedicure so I wanted to pay for a basic(which honestly i did even recieve). She just looked at me and started arguing. Then gave me the silent treatment. It was so unprofessional and offensive. I have read many bad reviews but there wasn't a lot of options in the area. Go somewhere else if you care about customer service and receiving a nice treatment to relax. We deserve to pay for what is advertised and receive the service, that's not too much to ask. Im in town for a few months and finding a nails shop is always high priority lol. I called and booked a same day appointment on Friday for a shellac pedicure and manicure. When I walked in for my appointment time they were immediately ready, no waiting, and that's exactly what I love. I had an amazing pedicure. Im not sure if they have options as far as deluxe pedicures or different options. I wish I got the gentleman's name he removed my shellac better than anyone I've seen even my regular place! Rose did my finger nails she was quick and listened to what I wanted as far as length and shape. She executed my nails so well. In the area for about 6 weeks so decided to try this salon out and not much to choose from in this town. I came here for a dip and pedicure. Kua did my dip, he did okay, I've had better though. $65 for dip including removing the old which is pretty expensive but it is the Oregon coast so what do you expect! I normally pay $45 in AZ. Gel pedicures are $60 which are also kinda pricey. Not too friendly but it was nicely decorated inside and clean. Music they play is great! Kim is always multitasking as I believe she is the owner. She's friendly and accommodating. I booked a pedicure. The price I was quoted seemed pretty high. Additionally, I was told I needed to buy a $5.00 kit and pay using cash. COVID and the economy have been hard on small businesses, so I went ahead and booked an appointment hoping for a great experience. This is the first salon I have been to in about 4 years that did not use plastic liners in their foot tubs. It made me very nervous. I did a fair amount of waiting and no one was particularly welcoming. My pedicurist never introduced himself. The pedicure was extremely basic. There was no trimming my cuticles or the skin around my nails. There was no scraping around or under my nails. He did a nice job on my heels and the other dry areas of my feet. The quality of the pedicure and the atmosphere of the salon was not commensurate with the prices they charge. I have no desire to go back. read more

I used to love this place. They are quick and efficient, but why is the same service a different price every week? A fill goes from 30 to 40 to 65$ at whim. Mixed feelings. Went here a couple times before and they did pretty good (besides filing so hard/fast they made my sisters finger bleed). This last time was just all around disappointing. Made an appointment for my sister and I. We show up, I show them the picture of what I'd like done. A simple, acrylic French tip. (They're price for a simple French is $45). Told the guy once he started to do them, that I'm pretty sure last time they added some pigment so the nail wasn't just translucent and see thru. (The whole reason of getting FAKE NAILS is your supposed to not see your real nail, right? Lol.) He says he will do that at the end. Now it's my sisters turn, she's excited and been waiting! She sits down in the chair, and sits.. sits. 5, 10 minutes go by and nobody even says anything to her, so I stand up and kind of wait to see if someone is going to say anything. Finally I walk over towards one of the ladies and she says " I didn't understand you over the phone, we're all booked up for today sorry". Really? Couldn't have told us when we got there? No big. Whatever. My sister is cool about it. However I express to her that I was disappointed how the quality of my nails turned out. There were air bubbles, a knick in the paint, partially painted on the sides, all on top of being see-thru. She just said "yeah I was trying to remember what I did last time". It's a French tip? No apologies, and she also over charged me, even with their pricing sheet right there. Beyond Nails came recommended for acrylic stiletto nails. I decided to give them a try. Having had my nails, including pedicure done for years, what could go wrong? I requested Mona and got an older tall and slim guy, who wouldn't answer me, when he hurt me. He would just keep hiring my toes. It felt like he was peeling my toes like one peels a carrot! He'd cut me and I then spray alcohol on my toes/ I literally died and went to Hell Nails! It's been 36 hours and it's looking like a hospital visit is in need. My feet feel like they got a chemical severe burn! Seriously the color of the water was dark. He also burned my legs with extremely hot towels. I paid for a rat job! The paint is terrible too! Never again! I may call an attorney or at least the health department and licensing board. Zero stars read more

I go in every month or so. I love their work my issue is pricing! It's not consistent. I go in for fill and gel maybe a minimal design price is 35-45. But today for same thing I was charged 65!!! I've lived in SOCAL for 30 years and as of this last Thanksgiving when I visited, similar design and fill was 45. they don't have prices listed anywhere to see. I may just assume the price includes tip from here on out. 65 including 10 tip for this. And the tech says nails are ruff because of design. I got home added 1 more layer gel clear coat and now is not ruff Use to 32 for fill and 10 for gel,and minimal design. read more

I asked when I arrived for my pedicure if they did thorough cleanings of the pedicure bowls between clients and was assured they did. After starting my pedicure, I watched as the "cleaning" of bowls that people had just used consisted of taking one Clorox wipe and wiping the rim of two side-by-side bowls. Nothing inside the bowl was ever cleaned. This is a direct health violation! I won't be returning. Visit at your own risk! read more

I did a walk in because I was already in the area, they are cash only with is always an inconvenience, but luckily they have ATMs nearby (Costco one doesn't charge for withdrawals). I was sat promptly and explained what I wanted (acrylics, almond shaped and ombré color). The lady that did my nails (wish I got her name) did a wonderful job! I sometimes dread getting my nails done because I've had appointments that have taken a couple hours. But she was quick with good precision and she didn't rush her work. She was willing to go back a couple of times with the filer and made sure they weren't bubbly and had good shape and took her time to do a good job which impressed me because even though I wasn't an appointment, she still took pride in her work and didn't just try to get me out of the way. Sadly , the Worst ! (Sun) older man .. spent the entire time looking around the room even turning totally backwards rather than paying attention to my pedicure . He "massaged" if that's what you would call it, each leg for "30 seconds" as well as each foot !! Seriously 30 SECONDS! I watched my clock ?!!!! When he was done , he said done and pushed my feet to get off . The polish on my toes had not even had another 30 seconds to dry??!!! There was 3 a total of 3 people getting service in the place and a couple extra workers roaming around. Several empty massage chairs, so it's not like the place was busy with people waiting to be next. I had to get off the chair and find my flip flops he had pushed to the back end of the chair on the side . He was gone ??! Pedicures have completely changed I guess or at least this place . This salon is amazing! It's super clean and very busy with happy returning clients. This was my first time but the other 4 people being pampered were regulars. I had my toes done and a full set of nails. Kim did my nails and was very nice and professional and I liked the woman who completed the task of trying to make my feet look better too.
