They only take cash, so I had to leave and go to the ATM before my service. She didn't trim my cuticles or smooth my calluses. My 45 minute booked pedi was 25 minutes long and there were only about 25 polish options. I booked an extra 10 minutes massage and that didn't happen. And most important...the images on their website are not from their salon. They are from another salon in the area. Obviously I didn't realize this until I was in the chair and looking around.

I had changed my hair a…read morefew times and had been super short and realized I didn't like it and had been growing out for a few years when I found Caitlin again. I had been very frustrated with my last hairdresser because I would go home and have to try to fix it myself. Anyway, it was such a pleasure go to Panache and get an excellent cut, Caitlin knows hair. I am so happy with the cut that she gave me, and my husband came with me and sat and had a glass of wine while she was cutting my hair. My husband had just had his hair cut earlier in the day and when I looked at it, I told him it looked like a bad cut. The last time he had a haircut I had to fix it. Caitlin kindly said she was happy to take a look my husband's hair and she recut his hair and it looks wonderful now. I couldn't believe the holidays in his hair. He really had gotten a wham bam haircut! Caitlin will be our new hairdresser for both of us and we're very happy to have found her again. The location on Pier 39 is also very sweet because it's very quiet and nice out there. You don't have to fight the downtown homeless people to get to your appointment.
