Ma'am there was no hysteria over half an avocado. I didn't yell and I wasn't disrespectful. Your hysteria claims are untrue. I came in and I explained to you your employee was very disrespectful and unprofessional which you are also. As a manager you should hold your employees accountable because the way he spoke to me over the phone was unacceptable and that's simply not how you do business. The avocado wasn't the issue even though that was the third salad I ordered from this location that was made wrong. What prompted me to come back and get a refund was how rude the employee was on the phone. This store lacks customer service, professionalism and quality. i'm honestly so tired of ordering from Beyond Juicery. it feels like almost every single order has something wrong with it. whether it's missing items, incorrect ingredients, or my order just not being made the way i requested, it's become a constant issue instead of a one-time mistake. what made this experience even worse was calling to have it addressed. instead of being understanding or trying to fix the situation, the staff were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. i was even told i would be receiving a refund, and that never happened. making a promise to resolve the issue and then not following through is completely unacceptable. everyone makes mistakes, but when it happens repeatedly, the customer service is disrespectful, and refunds that are promised never show up, it's hard to keep supporting this business. i gave this place multiple chances, but i'm done. i really hope management starts taking these complaints seriously because this has become a pattern, not an isolated incident. read more

I had a banana nut smoothie with the addition of fresh strawberries. The taste was okay nothing special. It tasted a bit like strawberry banana, that's sweeter. Staff were friendly. They said they were making my smoothie when I walked in, but in fact it was sitting on the counter and no one, no one told me. The restaurant was clean and it was pretty busy further power hour. I have been a long time customer at the beyond juice in Southfield since it was close to my old work building. I was really excited to see that they opened a new location in my neighborhood! My go-to was always the beet salad but I needed something easy to eat on the go so I got the chicken Cesar wrap on a spinach tortilla. The chicken was warm and they used the perfect amount of dressing. There was also some romaine, parmesan and little crunchy crouton pieces inside. It stayed together well so I was able to avoid a mess! There was parking behind the building and I was able to find a spot on a Saturday afternoon but there weren't many others available. I walked in to order and got my wrap less than five minutes later. The people working behind the counter were courteous and quick. My husband and I used to go to this location since it wasn't far from our franchise business that used to be across the street. I can't say I ever ate anything there, only their shakes and smoothies. My husband's go to was the banana nut and mine was always the Carlo's detox. We would park in the back and was usually fairly a quick 5 minute wait or so after ordering. Staff weren't super chatty, but would get you in and out as quickly as possible. I would say some days the Carlo's detox didn't always taste the same, although I believe there's a clear recipe they follow for all of their stores for the most part. read more

My go-to place for wraps and smoothies. This location has always been on point, whether we are ordering at the counter or for pickup. I absolutely love the peanut butter mocha smoothie. I get it with chocolate whey protein, as well. Every smoothie I've tried has been excellent, but this one's my fav. I'm not super into fruity smoothies - chocolate, coffee, and peanut butter for me! The best wraps are the cilantro chicken (sauce is so good!) and the chicken Caesar with their chipotle chicken. They also have a new southwest caesar wrap and it is fantastic.
