The preparation exercises are simply a warm-up (loosing up) for him to work on you. After your 1st initial visit, the wait is not long. I found Dr Bic thru an online moms group and I am so thankful for someone else recommending him. I have a history of chronic neck pain but it had been pretty manageable for quite some time, until I woke up one day just a few weeks ago with a terrible pain in my neck again but this time horrible intermittent headaches in the back of my head daily!! This went on for about 1.5 weeks, I had a myofascial massage done, acupuncture, cupping and an adjustment done by another location but nothing got rid of the pain or the daily headaches. I came here, had some X-rays done, an adjustment the first day and by the next day I was feeling so much better. It was like a miracle. I am so glad I found this office and look forward to continuing my care here and getting regular adjustments with Dr Bic. Pretty disappointed with this business. The doctor seemed pretty knowledgable and my adjustments seemed good, but that was the only good part for me. As another reviewer shared, I waited for a half hour before the doctor saw me. When I asked him about this, his explanation was that he wants to make sure he takes enough time with each patient. That sounds nice, but that's a minimum expectation I have for any medical service, and I would prefer to go to a business where they schedule accordingly rather than packing as many appointments in as possible and getting to patients when they can. In addition to this, the treatment procedure provided to me was a standard template form printed out with my name written on it, even including a standard recommendation for a pillow device that I suspect they recommend to everyone. The whole thing left me with a feeling of a business designed to take my money rather than a place where they value their patients and provide them with individual treatments. I'm choosing to look elsewhere going forward. read more

Dr. Bic is wonderful!! I don't have any issues and just go in for an adjustment once a month. I don't have great insurance but he offers payment plans that make it very affordable. He suggests ways to work on better posture at home and doesn't try to get me to come in unnecessarily. His system for seeing patients is flawless, fluid and efficient. I recently had an issue of sudden pain in my neck to what I thought was a pinched nerve. I used his text messaging service and came in and he and his team were ready to solve the issue. My friend referred me to them. They are amazing with my dog. Yes, I said my dog. They have adjusted her successfully several times. She comes in limping or even unable to walk and with 2-4 adjustments, she is fit as a fiddle until her genetic problems cause her spine to get out of alignment. Worst experience ever. He is definitely in it for the money. Three adjustments were $800?! Plus, the wait time is ridiculous, but they make you sit and watch a video and do "exercises" while you wait so it doesn't feel so long. There's also zero privacy, and I felt WORSE after seeing him. I was in a car crash and they said they would deal with the insurance. Instead they sent me to collections. 2 years later. Luckily I found a different chiro that actually fixed me. I'm just now having to pay his ridiculous prices for his terrible adjustments for something over 2 years ago!!!!! read more

If I could rate Dr. Bic with 1 gazillion stars it still wouldn't be enough! The honesty, care and concern shown by Dr. Bic is not the type of behavior you see in the medical field today! He is not only an amazing doctor, he is an amazing person. Dr. Bic was very thorough in my consultation. Dr. Bic provided me with clear and detailed information about my diagnosis and his proposed treatment plan. He told me what to expect and/or not to expect throughout every stage of my treatment plan. Dr. Bic provides the cost of his proposed treatment plan UP FRONT; PERSONALLY....He gave "me" the option of following his proposed plan, or choosing to do my own path. It was my choice...there were NO surprises. The only surprise for me was after seeing several chiropractors over my lifetime; Dr. Bic has been the only doctor who has made a difference! The exercises at the beginning of the visit are not to "keep you busy" until it is "your turn"...the exercises have a purpose ...these exercises help your muscles relax for your adjustment, as well as helps the adjustment last longer. Dr. Bic explains "in great detail" how performing these exercises before your adjustment and at home aids in your recovery. I thoroughly enjoy the educational video's Dr. Bic and his staff provide. These videos are just another example of Dr. Bic's care and concern for his patient's well-being. Dr. Bic and his staff are not "making" anyone watch these videos! The point of the videos is to provide us with sources of information that we may otherwise not come across. I am grateful for the care and concern Dr. Bic and his staff shows for his "family" of patients. The information within these videos has taught me how to live a healthier and safer life. Great doctor. Available after hours if you need him. Definitely well versed in multiple areas of medicine. No need for any other type of doctor if you are relatively healthy. I had a noticeable difference in my posture and gait after a couple months of regular adjustments. He adjusts my husband and daughter too. I won't let just anyone adjust my little girl. But he does a great job and she trusts him too. Just wish I could snap my fingers and come in for an adjustment any time. But the doctor needs time off too. Dr. Bich is the most knowledgeable, skilled chiropractor I have ever gone to for my chiropractic care. He is a brilliant doctor who is honest, caring, and extremely fair with his prices. I simply do not believe the post indicating it cost $800 for 3 adjustments, as Dr. Bich's cash pay rate is only $40! He has an X-Ray machine on site, and he often offers them for free during "friends and family" days. He has a monthly family plan with unlimited adjustments for cash payers that is definitely the best price in the area. He is obviously not in it only for the money, and just happens to be one of the most skilled chiropractors in DFW. Go try out an adjustment with him ASAP, you will be so glad you did! read more
