Don't trust the high reviews on this one. I chose Restoration Chiropractic based on their high reviews, but that was a mistake. This place was a huge disappointment. I came here after moving away from a trusted chiropractor who always provided real relief. I always left there feeling so much better than when I came in. Not the case with Restoration Chiropractic. They did absolutely nothing for my back pain, and to make matters worse, their billing practices are misleading. I was told upfront my copay was $50, only to discover an unexpected $42 charge on my credit card 3 months later. Which pushed me to share my opinion of this place. I paid for both my wife and myself, and it feels like we were scammed out of $100. Save your time and money--I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Hopefully this review helps others from making the same mistake I made. read more

It's important to understand that seeing a Chiropractor means you will likely be in a program for some time until you see the results you desire - I feel as though a lot of though the negative reviews on here have never been to a chiro or even been a business owner themselves. Jake & his team are extremely nice people - very great at communicating and doing their best to assist. If I could give this business a zero I would. I called because of TMJ. Upon arrival I was given a tour of the office where she highlighted the pregnancy, pediatric, community, and small business boards. The entire time I'm thinking - how does this relate or fix my TMJ. Then my consultation began by a gal who used big words, showed me the spinal column and talked about nothing to do with TMJ. Then an assessment on my spine which produced a pretty colored copy of my spine for her to go through. Then came the biggeee - she asked what day/time would be best for my husband and me to come in to meet with the doctor for him to discuss my treatment plan. Puzzled I asked, "my husband?" She then went on to tell me that most husbands make the financial decisions in the family and if he was present I wouldn't have to call and ask his permission to start treatment. At that point I got up, paid my $65 for absolutely nothing and walked out. If you're looking for an office tour and a lego machine that runs up and down your spine, then this is the place for you. If you need chiropractic services I would try someplace else. read more

Zero Stars- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. He's nice and all. He'll even slip in that he is a Christian to see if that strikes a nerve. The office is cute, and they'll give you a tour. (Literally looks just like all the other offices of all the recent Parker grads to be honest.) Seems great at first, but I had a pretty bad experience here and if you're looking for a real chiropractic experience, with a professional, you will too. If you'd like to do community service and be practice for a brand new chiro who has no idea what he is doing, and receive a cookie cutter experience that has the same scripted everything for everyone, no matter what you came in for, then this is your guy. I was searching for a new chiro and I was in pain when I called (was clear that I needed to be adjusted asap) and was happy that they could schedule me for an appt the following day. I came in, filled out ppw, and had a discussion about my ppw with some young girl, and then the chiro. It took forever, but I was trying to be patient as I could tell he was new and he was trying his best. Just as I thought it was time to get on the table, I was told that I had to come back the next day for the adjustment(?). I was annoyed that this was not disclosed at the time that I made the appt but I couldn't force them to adjust me, so I had no other choice but to come back if I wanted relief. Imagine my shock and anger when I showed up the next day for "my" "appointment" to instead find a group of chairs facing a TV, realizing that I had been tricked into coming in for a group sales pitch which was an hour-long "class" on why chiropractic care was important for health (which I didn't ask for nor need to be taught). He stood up there going through a power point presentation for an HOUR and I thought I was going to lose my mind. Worst thing was, my husband had met me there for this appt because we thought it was going to be a normal appt-in and out-but he was stuck there just like I was bc we knew if I didn't sit through it, I couldn't get adjusted, so that's just what we had to do. The entire group was then told we would need x-rays (which I also did not ask for or want, nor was I told they were mandatory), but when I expressed that I did not want the radiation I was told the doctor wouldn't see me without them. Another carrot on a stick to get adjusted. I then was brought to the credit card machine to pay $50 for the x-rays, which was salt in the wound, and then finally left in a room with a scanty hospital gown on, freezing, for over 30 mins waiting AGAIN to be seen. I was furious by the time the doctor finally came in, and that was only made worse by being shown a pricing sheet for an annual package of appointments, with a price point of several thousands of dollars, which they wanted me to sign up for. I was shocked at the gutsiness and unprofessionalism on display and said "No thanks, I just need an adjustment and will call for and book my next appt as needed and pay per appt," but I was told that's not how this office operates and that if I didn't want to agree to buy the package, I would not be able to be a patient or to get adjusted today! Next, I was asked my opinion on how I thought the class went so I told the doctor that I did not feel it was appropriate and I did not appreciate the lack of transparency about the nature of the visit. I had been led along to believe this entire time I was coming here for an appt to get adjusted, but instead my husband and I have been here with a group of people for over 2 hours listening to a lecture, sitting alone in a room forever, and have nothing to show for it. I was very respectful but expressed calmly how sneaky it was to lure us here and waste hours and hours of both of our time, all for nothing. He got up and left the room and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or say goodbye. He had someone else come in and let us know what to do with the hospital gown, and show us to the door. They also wouldn't give me back the $50 for the x-rays that I didn't want that they insisted I had to get in order to be seen, right before they refused to see me! Nor would they even give me a copy of the x-rays I paid for. This guy is obviously brand new, fresh out of school, still has a lot to learn about running a business, and I would absolutely recommend going anywhere else unless you want to get roped in to a scheme. read more

Made an appointment to get my 6 year old son adjusted as his neck was severely hurting. First appointment my son's back was only scanned and never adjusted, despite me asking to please get him adjusted as he was in great pain. I was asked to make a second appointment as the Dr was overbooked that day and was not able to see him. Made a 2nd appointment to later find out it was a one hour long orientation about Chiropractic, for us and for about 6 other patients. Our appointment was at 6pm, and left after 8:30pm. Imagine trying to keep a 6 year old entertained for 2.5 hrs for a 5 minute adjustment. After that, they pushed/ insisted we get into a monthly plan that would end up costing thousands of dollars, that is, after our insurance payed their portion. Felt like that was their top priority vs. my son's well-being. Finding a new Chiro. read more

Dr. Jake and his staff are fabulous. He has been amazing with our family of 6 for almost a year. Our 9 year old sipped, fell and had a significant injury with an emergency need for a chiro and Jake was the only doctor willing (and who literally dropped everything) to help her. Even the chiro we had previously been with for a few years wouldn't try to help her for several days because he was "too busy". Dr. Jake is the real deal. read more

What a joke. I called asking if they had time for me to come in and get adjusted today. After sitting through a 45 min lecture/sales pitch for this "spinal correction program" and then taking X-rays, they walk me out the door. No adjustment. The "Dr" stepped in shook my hand and said hi. After asking again for a simple adjustment, they said they would ask the Dr and then nothing. Just walked me out the door. Avoid at all costs. Just had my first re-evaluation here - they use crazy NASA technology thermo-scanners (this little hand-held device they roll up your spine to take thermographic readings) to identify inflammation in the spinal cord. My first one had inflammation all the way down my spine, but really bad in my neck. Today's reading had zero inflammation down my spine, only in my neck and only on 2 points instead of 5 like it was in the beginning. 1) I love tech, and this just makes me delighted to see objective proof that this is helping, 2) I have made NO other life changes - I'm too busy - so I know that treatment here is what has reduced my inflammation, 3) honestly I've probably taken WORSE care of myself in the past month or two since going here, and I'm still seeing crazy improvement in how long I can sit and work, dizziness, headaches, and back pain. HARD RECOMMEND for Dr Jake & everyone @ Restoration Chiro. The staff here is comprised of the nicest damn people - oh, and they get it that you're busy and shit happens, even if shit happens ALL THE TIME, and they're so flexible with reschedules and making it possible. read more
