This placed started out good but they're so inconsistent and their hours suck too. They close at 6 on Sunday. In a college town. You used to be able to go in and get whatever, then all a sudden you HAVE to put an order in online. Annoying, but okay whatever. I do that (this isn't based on a one time visit. Multiple) i place my online order, it tells me the price, I get cash because using a card they charge you $5, I get to the store, the price is wrong by $2 something. THEIR website told me $38 and some change, cool, I get 40 out, I get there and they tell me it's $42 and some change and just say, "ahhh yeah we've been having problems with out online switching people to medical sorry about that" not a care in the world. I the customer get effed, im the one who's out. Not a care in the world. The dude was condescending about it all too. These people come off as really genuine and nice, until there's an issue then their colors show. Do not go here. Go to Consumes by shell on 27. Their service is awesome every time. Used to buy a decent amount of product here. Some decent sales, but not often enough. Last visit ALL extracts were advertised as 20%off. I placed an order online, but was told when I picked up that RSO was excluded from the sale even though it was listed as such. I didn't purchase it. I contacted Beyond-Hello and was told I should've gotten the discount. They have a points rewards system. Beware that they are only good for 6 months, then they expire. Was saving up to reach 1000 for a $60 reward and was about 200 points away. Haven't bought anything in a while because i can get better deals and products elsewhere. All but 200 points have been erased, leaving me with only $10 in rewards. Suppose I better use it before it expires. Won't be coming here very much if at all the in the future. read more

I usually got my needs sufficed at this place until an incident I have today. Since I am not an American citizen, I usually use my passport as an ID to get in. This whole summer I never had a problem, but today I was met with a guard with under-average IQ, who said that my passport was not American so he couldn't let me in (every passport has English translation next to the native language), then I flipped over to my VISA page, and he said that since the VISA was expired, he couldn't let me in either. On my second visit (Sunday, 8/30/2020 around 5:30 pm), the woman at the front desk was surprisingly rude. I began by explaining that I'm new to this, a defense mechanism in case I ended up asking her a stupid question. She gave me a RBF that clearly said "I don't have time for this." I asked about a particular strain--which their website said was in stock at this location--but I couldn't hear her because (a) she wasn't speaking loudly enough and (b) the music was pretty loud in there. (I enjoy music in a shop and in fact, they play pretty good music here, but not sure why it has to be quite that loud.) When I asked her to repeat herself, the eyeroll to end all eyerolls let me know that she and I were never going to take a cruise together. Forging ahead, she said they actually had two options available (like an eighth and a dime or whatever) which made her seem possibly more human: Could she sense that I didn't want to purchase the large quantity that was advertised on their website? I said I'd take the smaller amount and then she told me to take a seat and my purchase would be brought to me. After a couple minutes, she called me back to the window (again, not speaking loudly enough) to tell me that actually, they were sold out. Matters not what the website says, nor that the mouth of that very RBF had told me that it was in stock. If she felt the least bit sorry for the inconvenience, she was being a real trouper about it. Tonight, I tried one of their competitors, a place called Ethos at 807 Locust St. I'd been in that space before it was Ethos so I was expecting a very cramped experience. I checked their site and found they have an enormous inventory so they must have more room than I was imagining. To my surprise, it's a beautiful space with some of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. They had in stock what they advertised, so I was in and out of there in well under 10 minutes. Ironically, when I told the lovely girl at the front desk that I was having trouble hearing her, it led to a brief but enjoyable conversation. Quite the contrast. read more

Don't fall victim to their donations bucket. Each time you bring their branded bag with you they claim to donate $1 per transaction to a charity each month. Last August they chose ours and we were told the check would arrive no later than Oct. We called, emailed and I even went there many times and was told that they know the check is late but it's coming. Still never came. It's a scam to make them look like they are giving back to the community when in fact they are keeping the money for themselves. I went in for the military special and they refused the special to me because the military Id is 30 year old when I ETS into the reserves . they said it needEd to say it on the drivers license in Nevada which I do not have a Nevada license . I thought pretty unprofessional if they are not educated on military ID 's and acted like it's no big deal that they lost the sale. read more

The Bristol Dispensary was the very first Dispensary I accessed when I was prescribed this medication. I moved out of the area a couple of years ago but my experience had been top notch so I was in the area and made a purchase today. To my surprise, they have now planted TIP boxes on the counter! Why are you putting ANY patient in the position of feeling like they "should" leave a tip? With the prices that are charged for MEDICATION, why aren't you paying your people well enough to not have to ask a PATIENT to supplement their income? This is a horrible practice by your company, to ask a PATIENT to TIP their healthcare provider. PAY YOUR PEOPLE BETTER! read more

Walking past the armed security guard ( always remember to bring your i.d.) and walking in is a little nerve wracking but once they take you back all the staff is knowledgeable and really helpful. I go here because it's convenient. If you need to get in and out dont expect that will happen. It takes long. I feel like when i go in the staff is much nicer then when you do curbside. They are over priced and some times i get extract that is really dried out. The rewards system is not as great as other places. If you spend $1000 you get $60 off. It takes FOREVER for your points to be applied to your account but when you use them they come off automatically. I have waited over a week for points that were never applied. Not sure how they manage the updates but it's inefficient especially when they expire so quickly read more

Cop outside was awful to me as a disabled person. Refused to communicate with me when my phone died and I was looking for my partner. I'm nonverbal and he wouldn't even look at me or interact. I am new to the medical marijuana scene and was totally clueless about how PA dispensaries worked when I walked in to Beyond/Hello shortly after receiving my ID card. All the employees were extremely helpful and informative, from initial paperwork to going over the menu and chatting about my individual preferences/needs. I felt heard and supported the entire time. They also have a great program where they donate to charity every time you bring their branded bag (that you get on your first visit) with you to the dispensary. I've only been to the Northern Liberties location, but I like that I can browse the stock for all locations on their website. I am totally satisfied and will definitely be going back! read more

I watched nepotism at its finest yesterday. After standing in line for 20 minutes outside then finally once I got inside the order of the line was gone. The pharmacist and the sales associates are serving the larger orders. Somebody like myself who may only purchase a few grams was overlooked. This was my second time and I'm not sure if I'll be back. It's disturbing when you have to assert yourself to the staff that's there to serve you. Why am I reminding you of my place? Isn't there a system in place for COVID? I watched the white patrons served with efficiency and care and even addressed by there name. The brown/black patrons were all kind of sitting in the waiting area to be served. As a black woman we are used to being overlooked. Not anymore especially when my money does the same thing as everyone else's money. Despicable Beyond Hello. It's a hot mess, there's no order. I only came because Herbology was out of flowers so this place was a convenience run which has turned into an inconvenience . That was a huge waste of time. Truly surprised to find such a quality dispensary in the middle of Center City. The waiting area is really beautiful, they have classy menus to browse while you wait, and I always appreciate that they have candy out. They have a pretty expansive selection but what I appreciate most is the friendly and helpful customer service. They have made spot-on recommendations for me but never make me feel like they're trying to upsell me on more products or explain things I already know. read more
