Absolutely horrid wait times. Waiting 20 minutes is atrocious. Zero communication and the employees just chatting in the back. Will not return ever. read more

ALL RESTORE dispensaries are CRAP, just like Columbia care. Different name, even WORSE than Columbia care. Menu is unusable. Same shit show. STAY AWAY... read more

I usually place a large order and it is always ready for me and complete. I like the location...near home!!

This is the closest dispensary to me, and I used to love going there starting in September 2023, however, it quickly became the worst. The wait times are outrageous, even if you have a pick up order. Restore dispensary only cares about profit, not customer service. I also STILL cannot fix my CanPay app and I refuse to go to this dispensary now because of all of the inconveniences that I haven't endured at any other dispensary. Highly recommend Zenleaf in Sellersville or even Verilife in Quakertown over this place. read more

How disappointing that this review does not allow me to post zero stars or even better, a negative value! For anyone thinking about going to this place, give your decision lots and lots of deep thought before doing so. There is a very definite reason for all of the one-star reviews posted on different sites. On a separate note, I asked the manager if he has ever read any online reviews. He answered by telling me he has not because "that's not my pay scale". Employees like this explains just so much about this company and it's total lack of decency and customer service. I made a purchase at the Elkins Park, PA location yesterday afternoon and made a purchase. Within hours (literally hours) a sale price was posted on line for exactly what I just bought. Upon questioning this and requesting a price adjustment, I was advised by a manager that that's not company policy and nothing could be done because the sale did not start until the next day even though it was already posted. If this is the case, why would they post it during business hours the day prior to the start of the sale? How ignorant!? There are just too many other and better dispensaries at your disposal where there are business ethics in place. Restore does not really offer anything any different than any other dispensary. Why leave your money here? read more

I've now purchased items twice from this establishment and have been very pleased with the selection, price and service. Granted, I've been using MMJ to supplement pain for a while now and I can't imagine my life without it. Therefore, in my case. I know which products work best for me; however, having a staff that is fully knowledgeable is very helpful. Restore's staff is well versed in their products and that is a tremendous help! I'm looking forward to this dispensary offering other programs, such as educational seminars, license renewal courses, etc. I think these will help increase customer base and gain membership. read more

Awful customer service. Very high prices. Products that don't work. Feels like it doesn't need to be said, but I will say it anyway. Do not give this store your business. There are lots of other options. Why give this substandard store and substandard products your business! TERRIBLE. read more

Very dissatisfied. The help I was seeking was not offered. Restore was unwilling to take responsibility.

Lately the wait is ridiculously long. Even if there are only one or two people in front of you, plan on standing in line for at least 30 minutes. Only one person takes care of on line orders as far as I can tell even though there are plenty of staff members all over the place. And they seem to not have the AC on. So plan on being very warm and while waiting with a mask on. read more

I read some of the reviews, and I am quite frankly surprised by the low rating. Everyone, everyone here from reception, to the pharmacist, security, and the customer service representatives in the Doylestown location I've been nothing. Short of great! I've been here many times, as well as other local dispensaries in the selection. Here is usually very good and staff is very helpful. I gave them five stars, because compared to other places they are five star focused. They also take CanPay, which is a wonderful and very convenient way to pay for your cannabis. You don't need to drag a ton of money in with you. I highly recommend the (Doylestown Restore dispensary! read more

Restore Dispensaries care about one thing there bottom line, returns, how much you wait in line, and overall customer satisfaction are something that the employees and management don't care about. Actually seen employees reading reviews and making fun of the ones about wait times while customers wait. I've smelled smoke numerous times coming from the employee bathroom, and good luck getting a refund for anything. If you are a hard working person who values where you spend your money, do your self a favor and don't buy from this place. They are GREED from the top down read more

It was my first time there and I held the door for a nice lady while she was exiting. Then I entered, the security guard that was busy flirting with the girls at the desk not at his desk comes over and aggressively starts yelling at me for not waiting outside. I explain that this is my first time at that establishment, I didn't know and he continues you berate me even after apologizing. I look at him and say sir I'm here to get my stuff and leave. I go to the front desk and he follows me. After speaking with the front desk he continues to berate me and I ask him to leave me alone. He continues to yell at me the customer, interrupting me, speaking in a disrespectful tone. I continually ask him to leave me alone. He then calls me in Spanish. "un gringo" Unfortunately for him I've learned some Spanish. But at that point I ask for the manager from the nice ladies at the front desk and the security guard come to talk to me again. I inform him that I was not speaking with him and to please leave me alone. Of course he continues and then manager comes and only speaks to the security guard and leaves. I had to ask for the manager again. Manager was full of excuses and didn't even apologize for the bad customer service, just states i'll talk to him. Horrible Customer service but its not over yet..... I get home and the cart doesn't work I wish I could say I won't be back but unfortunately for me there are few stores like this. However I will be telling everyone in the community about this experience because this is unacceptable read more

They eliminated the 15% discount for being on SNAP, SSI, and Medicaid. The discount should have been more. Not completely taken away. People on government assistance are truly disabled. Forced to live on less than $1000 a month and can't have more than $2000 in the bank. Veterans have no limits on their incomes or bank accounts. They even give 10% off to industry insiders. People who should be lucky to have a job. The cashier told me after the transaction that the 15% discount was eliminated. I spoke to a manager telling him I wanted a refund for the item I was charged full price for since I wasn't told about them taking away the discount until after I paid. He refused the refund. I'll file a complaint with the Dept. of Health. I've yet to see compassion after being in this joke of a program for over 4 years. It's a rec program in disquise. Too easy to get a card with a couple minute phone call. Real patients are being lost in the shuffle. read more

A nice place but the wait times and setup are not acceptable during this outbreak They have this huge room but for sine reason cram people waiting next to each other in the side waiting area. This makes no sense. Meanwhile all their people are safe far away behind plexiglass ?? Wtf Also why are we waiting? Every order is placed ahead of time. Hand me my stuff should take less time read more

I have been to this dispensary since it's opening. It is the least patient centric dispensary I have been to. No bathroom to use. Nothing in the waiting area. The management is ok with lines and people waiting in the rain. They are more concerned about their security than your experience. They often will accept an online order and then tell you when you arrive that they don't have your product. They are often the highest priced Dispensary within twenty miles. They sell product that is more than six months old with zero notice. You'll have to remind them to have any CBD related product. The people are sometimes rude, hanging around and doing nothing while you wait in line and just not connected to their patients. I suggest Rise, Sunnyside, or Ethos instead of this Dispensary any day of the week. You'll be glad you took the extra drive time. read more

This place is absolutely terrible, every time that i go for my medication i am told its not available upon arriving. As a patient i am obligated to being able to get my medication when reserving. Instead after 2 hours of waiting, a 30 minute drive and 30 minutes waiting in the office i am told its not available. Places like this should be treating patients with respect and instead waste their time as a way to get more sales. Shame on you. read more

If having correct, accurate information about your medication is important, be Very Careful dealing with Restore Doylestown. I repeatedly find errors in their on-line menu, listing one strain as another. I was sold Indica in place of Sativa. When I saw what had happened, I tried to make a return. One manager told me, "No problem, full refund." When I tried to get that refund, I was told it would be only partial. So, I end up paying for their mistake, again. Also, be Very Careful in dealing with cash: they will short-change you every chance they get. read more

Have been to them all yet, but Restore is probably the best Dispensary chain in the state. Staff is always informative and welcoming while offer programs to help take the sting out of the pricing here. I love stopping by and talking to Tyler about the new products and strains that are released. read more

Hats off to the person who waited on me today. I think his name is Jim. I've had mixed results before. He's a keeper.

Never seems to be well staffed with cashiers when it's busy although lots of registers are open.very irritating when I arrive before my time slot and i don't get my product until after my time slot! Needs to have better service/faster/more employees. read more

The staff is friendly and very personable. Excellent selection and Knowledgeable staff help make this place an enjoyable experience. Clean organized environment with smiling positive associates willing and able to assist. Selection continues to get better and better!! Would be cool if they also sold accessories such as airtight containers with built in locks/combo for home/travel. I think patients would be interested. read more

To any Pennsylvania marijuana patients do not go to the ReStore in Doylestown. They have a problem with their return policy even though it's clearly states on the bottom of their receipts all products can be returned within 60 days and the original package with receipt. But once you go to try and do that a gentleman not only did this to me in January but today as well. I had a problem today as well in January with a leaky prime wellness pod so I went to return it. In January the guy told me that they don't accept prime wellness returns without authorization from prime wellness even though that doesn't state that anywhere on the receipt on the door or even in the store anywhere. It took me 3 days because it was a Saturday to get a hold of prime wellness that following Monday they authorized it and I got my return as a patient who needs medicine I feel that is unacceptable to wait that many days. Any other dispensary I've ever had a problem with the pod or a cart right there on the spot it's exchanged no questions asked. So the gentleman today decides to do the same thing to me and not let me return it tells me I have to get a hold of prime wellness again in order for that to happen when I told him I could just show him my email from 2 months ago that's clearly states that prime wellness has nothing to do with it because they don't want to hold up the patient and he didn't want to hear any of it. So I used a few choice words for him for being the way he was to me for the second time and he proceeded to ban me from the store. And on top of that the receipt they gave me today is from a patient's order from yesterday. There's way better dispensaries out there with way better customer service and return policies then restore patients beware. read more

I bought a 1 G oil cartridge from Prime Wellness at Restore Doylestown. When I opened the box there was a cartridge but no oil. I called an unpleasant receptionist who told me that Restore does not stand behind the products they sell and that I would have to contact the grower. She hung up with a quick "good luck." I contacted the grower by phone 5 times and by email 5 times. Prime Wellness ignored all attempts at contact. This is a licensed company, as Restore is. Both refuse to back their products or even address a legitimate inquiry. I called restore again and the same unpleasant receptionist began repeating the company's "not our problem now as we already have your money" line. When I interrupted her to remind her she had already told me this, she screamed at me I was screaming at her! She used her own lie as justification for hanging up on me. I have now left several messages at various extensions and I was eventually was able to speak t to the "pharmacist" who quickly passed me off to voicemail. , Prime Wellness and Restore need to have their licenses revoked as they are conspiring together to defraud sick people. I'll be spending my money at Terravada in the future. read more
