Liberty Cannabis Dispensary Bensalem - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Bensalem, Pennsylvania

I went to pick up my troche on April 19th and not only the people who are so Great and the only hold the doors open if needed. Here what a buzy but they gave me a tea shirt and others. Bensalem is the only one I go to the worker's are a 10 out 10 GREAT JOB!!!! My friends and Thank You read more

They have a Helpful and friendly staff With a great location for me. Always in and out with no problems. Would recommend to friends.

So me and my family came from out of town and did not know anything about a dispensary so we went to this location but realized they required a medical Id. so we could not just walk in. like I said we are from out of town so we do not know anything about this stuff so we were asking questions about dispensaries just trying to get a better understanding of where we could possibly go and when we were leaving we were reading the sign on the door and an employee came out VERY RUDE yelling at us saying we needed to leave and we couldn't ask their customers question, just being really aggressive and rude. we were only asking questions because we were traveling 17 hours away and just didn't know anything about dispensaries. The employee was a blonde headed lady probably in her early 40s, she could have just asked us instead assuming we were "bothering" their customers. We were only asking to understand and find other dispensaries we just didn't know. read more

First and foremost I just want to give liberty shout out they are one of the best places to shop I just love this place thanks to each and every employee that's works there everyone gives you great service thanks for your services read more

This dispensary has a lot of catching up to do with its customer service and fulfillment process. I've visited four times and every time my order is incomplete, rude customer service, or takes forever to fill online order!! Tell me how it takes you 3 hrs to fill an order, when at every other dispensary I've been to it's instant?! Then on top of it, I made it known I was unhappy and I got nothing but and oh well this is a new business?!?!?! Get the heck out of here!!! read more

Liberty was awesome. I have a pharmacist at my disposal as well as helpful staff. It's very professional in its set up. I'm quite relaxed here. read more

Best store in this section of bucks, friendly staff, helpful when trying to cross find strains. I'd complain about the perks but every store has cut those back. read more

Great prices. Seems to be fairly knowledgeable. The place is super clean. The people working there are helpful and nice.

Local always friendly and clean. Dr on site to help with all your questions. Can't beat that:)

This place is the picture of professionalism and assistance. They know their products, the uses of said products and how their products will help the patients who need them. From the door guard who politely coordinates all the patients so they each have a wonderful and COVID safe experience To the receptionists who take the time to learn the names of the regulars and engage them while offering quality assists To the pharmacists who assist and guide each order so the patient gets what they need when they need it, even going as far as to suggest alternatives within the exact same price range. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that my mom has been a long time patient here and even the 'bad' is not bad. On the occasion where there is a mixed up item, you can bring it back and they exchange it happily so you get what you ordered. If you're a new patient to the medical program, i wholeheartedly suggest this dispensary be your first and primary one. They'll treat you right, take care of you and ask the right questions to get you the medical marijuana you need. Do you suffer from chronic pain and need a strain dedicated to it? The staff there can give you several options off hand for ones that help with pain that also help you get energy to get through the day or help you sleep at night. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this place is wonderful. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. A personal note from the patient herself: I couldn't be more grateful for the experiences I've had there. As someone who suffers from mental disorders, they make me feel at home.. that's a big deal and I'm so thankful. read more

BEWARE!!!!! 2ND TIME THIS HAPPEN IN 2 MONTHS. I would give NO Star, I bought 8 XL cartridges and 4 quarters, the sad thing is 2 of the cartridges of boxes the seal was ripped off and seems used there was a lot of head space, more then usual. Beware everyone check before you leave, either they are returns which would be nasty in the first place, but due to the covid virus unacceptable!!!!! They lost my business and I will now go somewhere else. read more

Liberty Cannabis Dispensary Bensalem - Ease me in ..... please! Tincture - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Bensalem, Pennsylvania

DON'T TRUST THIER WEBSITE!! Or, their integrity. Yesterday Liberty Cannabis Bensalem advertised a special 'Sale' on Gator Breath 31.80 THCA for $200/oz. I thought that was a pretty good deal and immediately ordered 8 of them = $400.00. Great, huh? Well, when they were brought home, once I used our magnifying glass to read the microprint on the labels, I discovered to my shock and horror that the strength was listed as 23.02% - Quite a discrepancy. I called them and after trying to explain that this was unacceptable as it was literally false advertising (bait & switch) and NOT the product we'd ordered, they just hemmed and hawed, acted annoyed, calling it an 'honest mistake!' As if that made everything okay? Make honest mistakes with your OWN money. Sure! And finally - when pressed - the would-be manager(?) offered me a $50 credit. So, I've essentially been given a $50 credit for having spent $400.00 on smalls that WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PRODUCT ADVERTISED. Nor are they suitable for the use we intended it for. I tried to lean on their sense of decency, and pointed out that if they had been a pharmacy and had given out the wrong dosage, they'd be in jeopardy of losing their license. I pointed out how much business we've thrown their way, and that there's no reason they couldn't do the right thing and salvage a lot of future revenue in the process. At which point she hung up in my face! Incredible. Extremely short-sighted and poor management. Bottom line: They had ZERO interest or intent on making good on the mistake. At the end of the day, it's not about the weed, not about the THC or even the money, but about the principle of not making good on a mistake in the same ways other businesses do. By making the customer whole, or happy, no matter what it takes. In most other cases I might tempted to sue for false advertising. I don't think I can do that for weed, unfortunately. My advice, if you plan to deal with them, is to call ahead and truly verify the strengths they have on hand for a particular product you want to order, otherwise you could wind up like us: swindled and furious. They have most likely lost our business for good. But, yup, you guessed it.... we have YET to see the $50 credit on our account. Beware! :( read more

Liberty is one of the best well-known dispensaries around and everybody in there knows what they're talking about when I'm only not talkin about the one in Norristown or the one in Northeast Philly or the one in Liberty they all know what they're talkin about and there were very respectful read more

I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my on line order to be filled. The orders were placed within 5 minutes of opening (10am) it's now 12:31pm still waiting!! Was told by security that there were 5 people ahead of me as I watched 10 people arrive and collect there orders, I'm STILL WAITING FOR THE READY TO BE PICKED UP MESSAGE!! Since they're not taking walk in customers this wait is ridiculous . Makes me wonder if they have a special listing of priority customers that they "bump up to the front of the line " . At this rate I could have gone to Elkins park (Restore ) and been home for breakfast/now lunch! 9 days ago l posted the earlier negative rating after spending 3 hours waiting for my order to be done. After cooling down I wondered if my bad experience was an anomaly so today I placed another internet order at 10:39 AM. The reason I know the time is it was displayed on the CONFIRMATION I received!! Rather than go to the parking lot and waiting for the follow up text indicating that my order was ready for pick up, I waited at home, as of 5:19 PM NO TEXT OF ANY TYPE!! Not even a Cancelation text. For the record I'm still waiting for the text from 9 days ago as well. While I understand that due to the extreme health issues could cause delays and problems ,the way this clinic is being mismanaged is truly a disgrace and embarrassment for the entire Liberty organization. Last week the front desk staff claimed there was an issue with my server that prevented the pick up text from reaching me. If that was true then how did the confirmation reach me? Being condescending to the customers to cover shortcomings in service is not professional , just pitiful read more

Never has product. Never has knowledgeable staff. 0/2 with Disposables as in they just dont work. Did I say, lame? Go to Beyond/Hello and save yourself the headache read more

Took my senior mom to her first dispensary visit. Only ended up at Liberty because we arrived at our local shop without a required appointment. Took a chance and called Liberty; no appointment necessary. Every person I encountered was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Very positive experience! read more

I'm upgrading from 4star to 5star because the new reward system is not horrible when in combination with the constant sales and specials. It is easy to plan to pick up products that fit your budget at certain times of the month, but I still wish points weren't counted by month-month. It still encourages you to buy more than you might need read more

Great communication with staff, starting there was new, but they made it feel comfortable. You build a relationship if your consistent going here. I enjoy going because it makes me feel good that they remember me and what our last conversation was. So they listen! A++++ thank you read more

Liberty dispensary resides in a discreet and concealed location adjacent to the Neshaminy Mall. Their staff is very well informed and up to date with the latest standards in medicinal marijuana products and technologies. Their menu is relatively selective yet still provides a wide variety of brands and products. Security is tight and the cannabis industry is an all cash business so come prepared and make sure you are a medical card holder !! read more

So I placed an order at 10:40. Went to wait in line cause it takes forever anyway. Waited in line out side for half hour. Order not ready. Guy walks up. Says he'll pick something out and goes in. If online order isn't ready wait in car. Now there's another long line outside I'll have to stand in when it is ready. How does that system make sense? Why not just have in store if I'm gonna have to wait extra?! read more

Not the best rewards, but opposed to beyond hello. This place is excellent, never an issues with online orders, wait times, staff of very friendly read more

Awesomeness in a friendly atmosphere great folks work with you and find you the best stuff ever

Quality products at a fair price. Staff is caring and knowledgeable. They know how to treat a client. Definitely the best in the area

Very discreetly and conveniently located. Good selection. Pharmacist was very helpful although I have bought most products based on my own research. Not crowded, no appointment required, nice staff. The sales staff could be a little bit more informed about the products, but that is my only negative about the place. Overall a good experience. read more

They have horrible, almost bored customer service, unless they really feel like talking to you and I guess I wasn't worth their time. They're incredibly slow, inefficient and have no knowledge of the product. I also purchased one of their in house cartridges and it stopped working about 6 hours later. They can't setup an actual pickup center, so you stand outside like it's a clinic. Save yourself the headache and go to beyond hello or Keystone. They have their shit together. This place is a joke. read more

All around great experience friendly and helpful staff, rewards program is simple and easy to get rewards, product is 5 stars, looking forward to my next visit :) read more

Where do I even start. liberty is a 2 minute ride from my house. so it being that close I loved the convince, until I started getting shafted and mistreated. really it all started after they changed the reward program. they are pissing in our pockets and calling it rain. I just placed an order this week for a device it was listed for $25, I thought to myself $25 I can't beat that. so I placed my order, I called the store on more then one occasion to confirm that I'm paying for an entire device for $25 and the rep told me over and over that it was. so I took the half hour ride from work to the dispensary and here come to find out it was just a battery and not a device, after the person at the counter confirmed that I was buying a whole device. they let me return the device for a credit, a small credit. Ridiculous, their menu is never updated with correct information. I would much rather take the extra half hour drive and go to ethos or curaleaf. their customer service is 10x better and I always walk out with a smile, where I dread to even have to walk into liberty anymore. its a shame the disregard and lack of service this business offers their patients. read more

Fuck this place I drove 30 to come try it out and they wouldn't take me as a new patient bc I got stuck in traffic and it was after 5:30. New ever giving them my business. Fucking bullshit. They should be shut down. Fucking assholes. I'm keeping my business with beyond hello in Bristol they aren't rude and inconsiderate pieces of shit like liberty read more

This dispensary and all who work there are top notch!! Very official and efficient!! Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the products used to lessen my pain and discomfort. read more

The front person and the people that checks you in and out are great. However, it stops there! I asked the guy that was helping me with the orders about the tinctures and which ones were best for pain. He pointed out the ILERA ease tincture which is a 10:1 CBD/ THC would help with my pain and would help me sleep. This tincture does NEITHER! When I looked up what this specific tincture was used for, it said for balance and clarity totally not what I wanted! I think they need people who has knowledge of ALL the products because we are paying our CASH money for something that doesn't even help with my pain! Will not be back and don't recommend this place! read more

The guy didn't even know which products to recommend for pain. He offered me the tinctures that was for balance & clarity! Total waste of my money! You are not able to see the products so u better know what u want before you get there. On the other hand, the people at the front desks, and check out were nice, helpful, and professional, but I won't be back read more

Can not say enough good things about Liberty. As a first time patient I was so nervous but the pharmacist was available right away and answered any questions and concerns. I've been a repeat customer and have had a great and pleasant experience each time. read more
