I've been coming here regularly for a long time and honestly the actual service and products are…read moregood, which is why I kept coming back. The staff is usually helpful, the selection is solid, and I've spent a lot of money here over time as a repeat patient. But I'm getting completely fed up with being asked to leave a review literally every single visit. It happens so often now that it feels pushy and irritating instead of genuine. I already shop here consistently. I shouldn't feel pressured for reviews every time I check out. At this point it's honestly ruining the experience and making me not even want to come back anymore. I like the dispensary itself, but if the nonstop review requests keep happening, I'll probably start taking my business somewhere else. Regular patients should not feel harassed every visit over reviews.

What can I say? I know. Get your A$$ to Sunnyside!!…read more I'd been a regular at Restore and Apothecarium and LITERALLY stumbled upon this dispensary while looking for something closer to home. WELLLLLLL... Let me tell you. Lower prices. Even BEFORE the sales or discounts are applied. As a caregiver, I am always trying to find ways to save my patients money. Great discounts!! Really great discounts. They really stretch out the new customer discount. I think my patients got it three times!! Each!! Great customer service. They people aren't just nice, they're efficient and seem to have a better system for processing patient and caregivers. Restore put me through so much crap (long waits, caregiver hassle EVERY FREAKING TIME!!) I finally just gave up. Sunnyside had me in an out in under 10min. FIRST VISIT. But the absolute BEST thing is the INFORMATION. Every other dispensary I've used only listed the total THC online and you have to purchase it to find the breakdown of THC vs THCa or CBD. Or, you can have a 10-15 min conversation with a staff member while they run back and forth so you can look at the containers and figure out which one you or, in my case, my patient prefers. At Sunnyside, the give a breakdown right on the website. (see pics) I can't understand why other dispensaries won't do this. Everyone really needs to check this company out. It's even bright and SUNNY inside. Not dungeon-y like some other places.

I called for a Nebulizer this morning. I asked about delivery options as I was unable to get there…read more I was greeted by an aggressive Marlene who suggested delivery was an option but that I wouldn't get it until the end of next week, afyer telling me she had them onsite. She, not so nicely, suggested "go borrow a car or have someone come in". I ended the call amd attempted to find a ride. No luck. When I called back, Marlene was even more aggressive. She suggested that I "hurry up and give her the info she needs because she was in meetings and I was disturbing her". She gave me a fax # after indicating "I don't do that" when I asked for an email to get the prescription to her. This angry woman actually made me anxious. I found a ride and arrived at a not so desirae location 1 hour and 10 minutes before their closing time of 5pm. Doors were locked and I was greeted by Marlene via a Ring doorbell. I was told (again aggressively) "I told you to call before coming" (actually I was never told that as she didn't know I was securing a ride.) She said "no one was onsite to give me the Nebulizer and I would have to come back tomorrow. As I explained I couldn't come back. She offered to ship it so I asked her to take the prescription since I didn't have access to a fax. She refused to come to the door and suggested I leave the prescription with the corner pizza store. They refused to take my prescription, which I understand as this is in direct conflict with the Hippa laws. I'm taking my business eleswhere and will be sure to include all of my contacts in the Healthcare field to do the same. Marlene is a HORRIBLE business person and I certainly don't believe for a minute that she is the "owner". I left her a message (since she wouldn't answer my calls) letting her know exactly how she made me feel and what a piece of shit I think she is.
