Avoid, they have "lost" all my rewards dollars every time I went to use them. Staff if can be ok at best otherwise, you will be talked down to, by a staff and manager. Also they will not let you know if your order has been canceled until you show up for the order. Also pickup times are so slow, it's nice they have a waiting room, but I am in and out of liberty in 15 mins. I like this dispensaries sales and their staff is great. They fill the waiting room instead of making you stand outside like other dispensaries with large empty shopping areas and no indoor waiting space. They have a nice variety and their curbside pick up is a great option and has gone fkk lookawkees for my pick ups. Their prices are higher on low testing products which is why I hold out for the sales! They have a rewards program but I'm not sure how it works. Check it out! Def a great option. read more

I have been a patient there for 3 years. The store started out great, the service was excellent and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The last 4 times I have been there the wait times to pick up orders is insane, the staff are miserable and are ALWAYS short staffed especially at the busiest times. when they first opened, I had a great by little the overall staff happiness seems to have gone down the not as good and then when I picked up my order tonight, I handed the gentleman $100 told him it was $100 and then returned the $20 and change once he put my discount in. Now I have to wait for them to go through whatever process they go through to see that I gave them $100 to get my money back. I live on a fixed income and it's very frustrating to have money to do just two things that you need to do and because of somebody not paying attention, counting the money, or maybe just flat out taking it I am short money that I needed to buy a few groceries before I went home. I hope that I will receive a call soon saying they found the $20. I told them was there regardless I returning. I've been slowly starting to go more often to liberty and dispensaries because their deals seem to be better and employees seem to be happier. Now after losing $20 and possibly getting it back after waiting however, I definitely don't think it's worth going to this dispensary again. Most of the staff here are nice, but there are a few "rotten eggs"... some in every bunch I suppose. A bit pricy, but others are as well. Overall, a stress free experience. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, they're very safe and clean and they regularly get drops from all of my favorite growers. Unlike other people I have had almost no problems ordering my products online and getting pickup, I just get on early in the morning. The staff at this location is extra accommodating and caring, most times I do have to bring my young son with me which used to trigger my anxiety but the one armed guard in the tan vest always remembers us and checks on us and it makes me feel so much better to know that there's extra security there during these crazy times, especially with the longer waits due to covid.
