BEYOND HELLO BRISTOL IS THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA & BEYOND !!! I am beyond loyal to this brand and they truly deserve the upmost respect. Their staff is beyond helpful... their products are beyond potent... their sales are beyond blowouts... the experience is beyond blissful Smoke weed read more

Regardless if it's an online order or In store, they take forever to package your order and get people out the door. They got more than 4 registers but not that much people working I guess. The people working are very friendly and the store has great products, but waiting almost a whole hour just for my order. It's almost like they only have 1 person working. Just the wait time I'm complaining about but other than that, great deals at this place. read more

I am an older disabled person. I love the curbside pickup, as I cannot walk or stand for too long. I really appreciate this option. I also the Senior Wednesday! 6 read more

Avoid, they have "lost" all my rewards dollars every time I went to use them. Staff if can be ok at best otherwise, you will be talked down to, by a staff and manager. Also they will not let you know if your order has been canceled until you show up for the order. Also pickup times are so slow, it's nice they have a waiting room, but I am in and out of liberty in 15 mins. I have to sit at least 30 mins just to get in past the waiting room I get it, store looks nice but all and all it's a polished read more

I like this dispensaries sales and their staff is great. They fill the waiting room instead of making you stand outside like other dispensaries with large empty shopping areas and no indoor waiting space. They have a nice variety and their curbside pick up is a great option and has gone fkk lookawkees for my pick ups. Their prices are higher on low testing products which is why I hold out for the sales! They have a rewards program but I'm not sure how it works. Check it out! Def a great option. read more

I have been a patient there for 3 years. The store started out great, the service was excellent and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The last 4 times I have been there the wait times to pick up orders is insane, the staff are miserable and are ALWAYS short staffed especially at the busiest times. It's becoming not worth a sale to waste hours waiting for your order. read more

The worst dispensary in the program. Long wait times...screwed up orders...and bad attitudes is what you will receive if you visit Beyond Hello Bristol. They not only rip you off of your hard earned money, but when you attempt to speak to someone about the situation they don't listen to what you have to say or do anything about it. The newer general manager they have there Jarod is the worst. He antagonizes customers while they are trying to make a complaint due to their poor service. This is how they treat people with medical conditions. They do not care about patients. It's all about the money. There are so many other dispensaries that know how to properly treat their patients. Do not waste your time and money here....Stay far away from Beyond/Hello....especially the Bristol location. From BEYOND/HELLO Bristol Cannabis Dispensary "BEYOND / HELLO is a medical marijuana dispensary in Bristol that offers a wide selection of Pennsylvania's medical cannabis flower, tinctures, capsules, concentrates, and more. as i was buying over $1200 of weed the clerk reminded me that i had over $60 in reward points..2weeks ago i checked my acct. to only find that i had no rewards. i called and they told me because i didnt check off permission to share info that i was ineligable for rewards read more

Love this dispensary. I barely wait. Get sales here and there. I personally have never ever been treated badly by any staff at this location. I actually like beyond hello way more then liberty because i feel no pressure to like be social or feel like staff is forcing social interaction. Liberty gives me anxiety. Beyond hello allows me a stress free pickup with the choice of curbside? Great stuff! read more

I either go to Beyond/Hello or liberty in Bensalem, and I love both but Danny has been a great help each time I come in to find product, my anxiety is always really high and he is always calm and understanding. I would definitely recommend this dispensary, I just want to know how to get a sweatshirt? Thanks! read more

Always helpful. Nice place. Thank You. I don't usually have to wait long . They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

8 months and still no points Ive spent hundreds of dollars here and this is just ridiculous I will no longer be a patient of any beyond hello read more

when they first opened, I had a great by little the overall staff happiness seems to have gone down the not as good and then when I picked up my order tonight, I handed the gentleman $100 told him it was $100 and then returned the $20 and change once he put my discount in. Now I have to wait for them to go through whatever process they go through to see that I gave them $100 to get my money back. I live on a fixed income and it's very frustrating to have money to do just two things that you need to do and because of somebody not paying attention, counting the money, or maybe just flat out taking it I am short money that I needed to buy a few groceries before I went home. I hope that I will receive a call soon saying they found the $20. I told them was there regardless I returning. I've been slowly starting to go more often to liberty and dispensaries because their deals seem to be better and employees seem to be happier. Now after losing $20 and possibly getting it back after waiting however, I definitely don't think it's worth going to this dispensary again. It's a shame that things have slowly declined there read more

Most of the staff here are nice, but there are a few "rotten eggs"... some in every bunch I suppose. A bit pricy, but others are as well. Overall, a stress free experience. read more

This is the best dispensary. They are friendly and helpful. If you have a question they are so willing to help. Also when you are trying to decide what to buy they don't rush you. I'm glad this dispensary isn't far from me. read more

Normally I prefer leaving excellent reviews or nothing at all but this is not the first or second time I've placed an order online only to drive there and find out they sold my product to another customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I love the people who work here but I can never order my stuff online. It's always turned off minutes after they turn it on. I call and no one answers. read more

John Paul and the rest of the team here provide superior Customer Service and you can tell they really care about what they're doing!

This company's employees are the most amazing people. I never encountered such helpful and knowledge staff. Always pleasant and helpful

This has been my goto dispensary since I started the M.M. program back in August. They used to have a good rewards system that they recently changed but not for the better. Today my order was canceled because what I selected on the website was not actually in-stock. I understand that these things can happen but I was really looking forward to that 31% THC and there was nothing even close to substitute it. A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars but not these days. read more

This place is a mess. Online ordering never works. I was able to place an online order this morning, only to have it canceled. When I called, I was told that I would have to re-make my order, as their system glitched. I have put up with the lines, and the higher than usual cost of product to support a local business, but I cannot support this store any longer. read more

I've been coming here for a year now and noticed a huge issue with them maintaining stock of dry leaf eg: today they only have 5 different types of cbd dry leaf which is ok if it helps but obviously it doesn't but you have 59 types of leaf at one of your Pa stores and 36 at another 29 in center city so why is it that Bristol is left high and dry?? VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!! IF YOU ARE TIRED OF THIS CONTACT THE PA HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR!! read more

The issues with the menu have been revised so here's the 5th star. Now I can fully recommend this dispensary. Maneuvering the menu is direct and easy to use, coinciding with a fresh delivery! Enjoy the experience!! read more

Two days I've been trying to place an order. The web site say they are not currently taking orders, when I call they say they are overburdened And can't keep up They recommend I come in to the store I'm disabled that's not so easy $450.00 order and they're too busy to take an order over the phone. That's OK there are plenty of other dispensaries that want to service a customer read more

One of the best dispensaries in PA! The staff is great and friendly!!! I can't believe all the knowledge that the staff provides for all the patients that come in. I would recommend Beyond Hello to anyone looking to make an easy transition in the medical MJ market read more

I got you listed on Yelp and Apple Maps. Best spot in n Bristol. I love this place great staff, short if any wait times and great products

My first visit. I was very grateful for the early hour "wisdom TIme" so I didn't have problems with social distancing. Your staff was extremely kind an helpful.. The facility is clean, modern and really welcoming. I'll be back. read more

This place is a mess! Online ordering is almost always turned off. When they do turn it on, they only open it for 5 minutes then it is closed again! I mean it is not that hard to take an order and fill it. I hope a more organized place opens up soon. The Bristol location has been a nightmare since it opened!! I have no idea how they make any money with the level of incompetence they have. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, they're very safe and clean and they regularly get drops from all of my favorite growers. Unlike other people I have had almost no problems ordering my products online and getting pickup, I just get on early in the morning. The staff at this location is extra accommodating and caring, most times I do have to bring my young son with me which used to trigger my anxiety but the one armed guard in the tan vest always remembers us and checks on us and it makes me feel so much better to know that there's extra security there during these crazy times, especially with the longer waits due to covid. I do wish the reward system hadn't changed but not a deal breaker for me. read more

i love this place and so does my dog! the curbside pick up is great and seems to go faster then the line out front. everyone is always friendly. they have great products and frequently get new products in. i always order online and never have an issue! read more
