They were late, didn't set the food up correctly, were missing food, and didn't think it was a big deal. My sisters wedding was in a converted garage area, so it was fairly cold, and none of the food had warmers under them. When asked why this was the situation the owner, Ben, stated that the girl was new and that they would take care of the situation. They didn't. First a refund was offered for roughly 474 and then for 575 but was never sent. They jerked my sister and my dad around for weeks, and even the credit card company by submitting false information.
