Dust had been piling up and when I would clean myself between cleanings I noticed they weren't even cleaning like behind the vase in my bathroom, they wouldn't even take out dirty bottles from my daughters bed when fixing it, they put dirty dishes with clean dishes in the washer and turned it on without soap. But worst of all there was dust on everything and no wiping. I found myself cleaning more and I wished to as a working mom. My own flaw was my few days delay in paying and that was bc I needed my husband to put the money in the account. Then they text me today out of nowhere (I made zero complaints bc I thought if I explain what I want we can meet in the middle) they say they're charging me $20 extra and then says is $25 extra for EACH BLIND!!! Mind you I asked for dusting and wiping over washing dishes, taking out trash or fixing beds bc that's not what I need. They say I'm taking too much of their time?? Then what am I paying for? Just terrible service to a kind, respectful and paying customer.

She arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. We walked our space and reviewed services that we wanted and even some she suggested that we didn't know about. I've worked in offices for almost two decades and am familiar with average pricing for commercial cleaning services. The quote Cynthia provided was detailed and fair. The previous provider had been there for 25 years, had done a poor job of cleaning, resulting in a significant pest control problem, and our aggressive pest fogging required thorough cleaning. California Cleans jumped to get a quote the same day and were able to come out and clean the very next day, in order to expedite our new provider coming in safely. The brand new stove we had purchased in August of 2025 looked like it had never been cleaned - thanks to California Cleans, it looks new again! The slider tracks were full of grime and dirt from wear - not anymore! They did great work, especially because the previous provider supposedly used a professional cleaner when they moved out. Whomever they used didn't hold a candle to the work that California Cleans did! Thank you so much!

I sent my request on Yelp and T Cleaning Company responded super fast along with a quote. It was a flat rate and was very reasonable. I was also sent a list of things they would clean in each room. I originally had an appointment with them on Saturday, but asked if they could push it up to Thursday instead and they were so responsive and great with fitting me in on Thursday at 4 pm. On Thursday, they continued to be very responsive and great with communication via texting. They were late an hour due to traffic and also construction on the freeway, but they did reach out to me apologizing and letting me know ahead of time and their estimated time of arrival. The whole cleaning process took about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Once again, they were very communicative with letting me know when they think they'd be done and for me to head back over to inspect their work. When I arrived, I was honestly truly amazed. The place looked and smelled super clean. The place was spotless. They cleaned areas that I didn't even think to clean. You can tell they're very detail oriented. They got stains that wouldn't come off to come off. It literally looked like I was walking into a brand new place. This team did an amazing job on my place that I am moving out of and now I am thinking about hiring them to clean my new place! I highly recommend T Cleaning Company to anyone who wants great quality honest work and for a fair price. P.S. They accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo which made it so much more convenient!
