I got an appointment that day, which was awesome since I would be leaving the next day for a friend's wedding. My esthetician and the receptionist eased my anxiety and answered all my questions. My skin was so smooth and glowy! Even a few weeks later as I am writing this, my skin looks great! I'm so thankful I booked these appointments. I can definitely see a difference in my skin. The decor is very pink, floral, and tidy inside. I love the vibes. They sell some products, as well. I bought the moisturizer they used on me and I love it! I plan to return whenever I'm in town and need their services.

Roni was the beautiful soul who was able to straighten my short short curly hair into a beautiful master piece. She knew exactly what I wanted and didn't hesitate. I found it difficult to find a salon that I can trust with me hair. I'm from California so I wasn't sure what was out here in Ohio. I will def be coming back when I visit again.

I had a really hard time scheduling (had to call/text multiple times) and the owner had a fairly abrasive attitude. Facial itself was lovely and Jodi is great! I had a horrific reaction to the facial, major cystic acne breakout, etc. Have had several facials and never anything like this. I left a message to cancel my future appointment, despite the fact I once again called during "business hours", explained what happened etc. No one ever contacted me. They also did not ask what more normal skin routine was, etc before the facial. Guess they don't care I had a bad experience. I still have a facial left I will give anyone brave enough to try!

I'm new to Ohio, so I needed to find a new eyebrow person. No one was in this store and the lady working had her head down on the desk. I asked if they did eyebrow tinting and she said "Yes. But I'm not doing it today." I said "Ok.... can I just get my eyebrows waxed then?" She proceeded to say "No. I'm not doing anything today." Well.... why in the world are you open if you're not going to do anything for a customer? Plus I'm not even from the area but I would've traveled had she given me good customer service and if the work was worth the drive. Guess she lost someone who could've been loyal.

Tinting can be a crap shoot and I haven't always looked the best after getting tiny. Let me tell you, I'm SO glad I bought it! Leo does amazing work. First, I filled out a health questionnaire, which I wasn't expecting but was glad to do. That's just another touch that put me at ease. Then Leo got to work. He asked if I had an idea of what I wanted, which I did and showed him a picture. He measured and did an outline, checking to make sure I liked it then he started the micro blading. It was quick, easy and the results are more than I could have asked for. He totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him!
