Ok no problem. Then calls again says she will be another 5 mins late... ok, no problem (I then have to call a client to push a business meeting back) .... Then, she just doesn't show up for another 15-20 mins past her estimate. When she gets there we go upstairs, but the room is dirty and she needs to spend more time cleaning it and just making excuses and asking me dumb questions like why I was working on a Saturday, and was there a lot of mental stress in my job. I ended up just walking out in order to preserve my schedule. She was not a professional when it came to the scheduling or having a clean room upon arrival. This is not a professional massage business. Her inability to keep to her word multiple times and the dirty room was what was causing me stress, it resulted in me having to push an appointment back twice. Perhaps her massage is good, but we'll never know bc I would never work with her again.

Human Traffickers!!…read more " SAN ANTONIO - Texas regulators have ordered the emergency closure of a San Antonio massage spa following a troubling investigation into suspected human trafficking activities. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) announced the six-month shutdown of Sweetness Spa, also known as QQ Spa and Wang's Spa, located at 12255 West Ave., Suites 104 and 105. The order, effective Apr. 22, prohibits owner Guixan Han and Golden Phoenix Holdings LLC from operating any massage business at that site for the duration of the closure. The action stems from a public complaint that included screenshots and video evidence allegedly showing sexual activity occurring inside the spa. The material, obtained from an online chat group, prompted a deeper investigation by TDLR officials. When investigators arrived at the location, they found several employees working without massage therapy licenses--some of whom reportedly fled the premises during the site visit. A male customer was found undressed inside the facility and quickly left once clothed. Officials also noted indicators commonly associated with human trafficking, including an unusually large number of surveillance cameras and the presence of lingerie on-site."

Therapists: I love that they have so many therapists and offer late hours, which makes scheduling super easy. I usually book male therapists for deep tissue, and they do an excellent job. Madriz and Tres are especially amazing -- very skilled, professional, and know exactly how to work through tension. Membership: I have a monthly membership and it's absolutely worth it. Great value if you go regularly. Theres different tiers of massage therapists. Keep in mind for tier 2 & up, you pay extra on top of the membership fee. The only con is that the prices have skyrocketed from when I first started coming here. Overall, Oak Haven is my go-to for consistent, high-quality deep tissue massages. Highly recommend if you want real therapeutic work, not just a relaxing spa massage.
