The owner and wine-maker Neil (whose nickname is Clavo) was great to talk to. He let us try every wine - about 3 whites, 1 rose, 1 sparkling, 5 or 6 reds, and a port. We are kind of wine snobs and loved a lot of the wines. While we tasted (and we were the only visitors at the time), Neil told us stories about his wine and his dogs, Rory and Karma visited with us. They are very sweet older pups. Because Zack's dad is in the wine business, Neil offered us a 30% discount on the wines we purchased - so nice! We'd love to visit Neil and Clavo again and were so thankful for such a fun afternoon activity (and Neil even gave us caterer suggestions to we can label this stop "working on our wedding"!).

Complained to his manager, Brian who was actually kind and receptive and wanted to remedy the issue by having us contact the store owner, Brooke. Brooke ultimately didn't call us and we ended up having to call the store a week after waiting for her call only for her to be say that Elliot "just jokes like that". Brooke even tried to deny that Elliot has made rude comments like that to customers in the past even though Brian the manager himself stated that Elliot has a history of it. Elliot has worked there for years and this isn't the first time he's made rude comments. What normal person who is OK in the head jokes like that with loyal customers? Is he mental? Yes obviously. Is Brooke useless? Yes obviously. Brooke, you clearly don't care about your customers and are you're running an unprofessional establishment with employees like Elliot. You clearly knew what we were saying was true because otherwise you would not have made excuses for Elliot by stating "he just jokes like that". You're full of it.
