I had been here once before several years ago. A good friend was getting married and I felt a bottle of Dom Perignon was in order. My memories of that visit were all positive. I remember a well organized and clean store. Great customer service and a huge inventory. Fingers crossed nothing has changed. Alls well that ends well! Sandra was behind the counter on a somewhat slow time. She immediately came out and took me to the accessories area. She did not hesitate and picked out, what she said, what was the best stopper in her opinion. Transaction complete! Wow. That was easy. It is soooo nice to know that some things, good customer service and a nice clean store, can remain the same for years! He didn't even drink because we didn't take it. I understand supply and demand but have a little heart. I told him I'm not paying for that and he said well take control of your kid. I sent an email. 7 days after that, I received a shipping email for one item and a refund for the other. No explanation, no apology. If I didn't call and email, these guys would do nothing. I believe that was the owner. He instantly came over to talk to us when we are browsing to talk about his store pics and I told him I was new and he was explaining to me about the different bourbons and how are they are made and what they had in the store. The good about this place is that there is great service with some of the best customer support I've ever had, especially for a liquor store. He has a large variety of different bourbons and wines. He they do some combo deals on multiple bottles that are listed on the tags by the bourbon. There are a ton of store pics and he loves talking about them and is very passionate. The stores while organized and clean. Mostly store picks are on the right side and the left side has the regular ones. He has a lot of allocated items in the back and on top shelves. Everything is priced around secondary market and some are decent deals. Best customer service no upselling of items. I brought it to the attention of the employee and was told my change was correct, the item is $1.49. I pointed out the $.99 price to the employee who informed me the owner told her to charge $1.49 even though the price clearly indicates $.99. I told the employee that wasn't legal but she refused to sell it for $.99. I handed her the item back, she gave me my $2.00 back and I left. I contacted the City of Folsom to investigate today. *****There ware 10 boxes with the same merchandise marked @ $.99. Wasn't a accidental mis-marked item. Filed a complaint with the state today!
