Worst customer service ever !! Called in couple of weeks ago to place an order for a couple of bottles of Pear Liqueur . Gave my name and phone number I was told it will take around a week and they will call me when it gets here . Called in to check on it today after more than 2 weeks after to be told by an annoyed employee ,obviously bothered by my call , that yeah ,it looks like somebody tried to order it but it has been discontinued . Hmm , okay I can understand that but why they did not bother to call and let me know about it ( anxiously been waiting for it , happy that I could get it locally :)) ? They had all my info ,right ? She replied with same condescending ,annoyed tone that ,yeah, it has been crazy around here with Covid 19 and all . I went there , what Covid 19 craziness?? Laziness maybe .. It's a ghost town , missing tumbleweeds , but you get my drift . You walk through the doors there is one employee leaning against the check stand barely giving you a nod and god forbid asking for help ! How dare you bothering them , you are just a paying customer ! For that kind of service I go to Walmart , at least you are kind expecting it and they have better prices ! Management ,please educate all of your employees about what a good customer experience should look like . Deliver an experience customers can rely on , treat the customer with respect and empathy , hold your employees accountable for delivering a poor customer experience , otherwise you will loose customers. If you want better prices and good customer services stick with Total Wine , little further down the freeway but well worth it , by far !! Haven't been to a BevMo in forever, so decided to drop by this one while visiting my in-laws. I had no idea how overpriced it is! Their big sale items are more expensive than what I pay on a regular basis at Trader Joe's or Costco, I causing Makers Mark, Dolin Vermouth, Grand Marnier, etc. I have no idea how they determine the "regular" price when showing their markdown prices, but there's no reality behind it. You're better off going elsewhere ... just shop around and you'll find better deals. read more

Not a fan of BevMo in general, not just this location. Very rare success finding something that hasn't been on the shelf for too long and past it's prime. If shopping for wine, be aware of the vintage or bottling date and know what's too old. On many occasions, I have found a wine that I was looking for to discover it was an old vintage of a young wine and well past it's prime. Dusty bottles and cans on shelves is not a good sign. The 5 cent sales should be bypassed, for the most part and the 'membership' gig is ridiculous. I don't trust the inventory and question all of it. Most of the time, I leave BevMo without making a purchase and surprised I tried. I'll probably do it again. It's worth paying a few more dollars to save the frustration. read more

A lot of their cigars are dried out, you can tell by looking at them through the plastic doors of the humidor. They sell so many different kinds of beer but yet keep only a fraction of it cold. So, if I go in and find beer I want to buy.. I have to take it home and wait hours for it to get cold.. Lots of their shelf/refrigeration space in the back is empty and has been for a bit. They used to sell odd snacks, cheeses and other things but no more. Prices mostly fair, but Total Wine has the best prices. I'll think I'll stick with that place. read more

Bevmo tricks you. They want you to think they're awesome and cheap cause they have a somewhat wholesale appeal. But it's all LIES!!!! I like vodka. I like it a lot. For some reason it seems like whenever I have a bottle, it rapidly disappears - so I buy a lot of bottles. What I'm trying to say is that there has never once been a situation where my blueberry stoli was cheaper at Bevmo than at Safeway. And yes, i do buy blueberry - I'm a chick, I like chick drinks, and it's delicious. But, they do have a LOT of alcohol, which makes me giddy enough to give it 3 stars. read more

We had an outdoor event for 130 people and had chilled beer, water and misc drinks delivered through this Bevmo. They were great, very attentive, the manager, Kim, was a consistent point of contact. She was available, helpful and very accommodating with several order changes leading up to the event. The order was delivered on time and accurately. Two thumbs up! read more

Good for drinks and snack pairing ideas. Wine tasting is a little more than competitor but staff is well versed and helpful. Fee can be waived with purchase. One can find beer wine and liquor. BevMo! is a complete scam and what ever you do, do not buy cigars from them! I bought two cigars here, at the same price if not more than a cigar shop. Not even able to smoke them! I picked them up and they broke apart in my hand, completely dry! At least Total Wine has theirs in a walk in humidor. Alcohol selection is smaller than competitors and prices are more than many grocery stores. I will not be giving them any more business, rather drive across town and at least get something for my money. read more

It's like a candy shop for adults! We love Bevmo they always have something amazing to try out and we end up spending way too much. If you sign up for a bevmo account you can usually save a few bucks at every checkout. I love that they have a huge soda selection too so when we have kids in tow they feel like they're getting the good stuff too! read more

Bevmo is the best place to come for your alcohol and specialty drinks. They have pretty much everything your heart desires! They have awesome sales as well and the staff is very friendly. This is a huge store and fun to look at all of the stuff they have. Everything is in sections so it makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. I went by their store to stock up for the long weekend. They are not allowing customers in the store, but have online, phone, or walk-up ordering. I walked up to the man standing at the table out front and told him I would like a particular tequila, but I could not remember the brand name. He basically gave me an eye roll. I said it would be fine if he just brought me one that he recommended. He then sighed, obviously very annoyed with me, and rudely said, "We can't do that. You have to know exactly what you want." I was the only one in line at that point, but he acted as if I were wasting his time. I am an essential worker who has been working ever since Covid began. I know that it is not easy sometimes, but if I had spoken to/treated a customer where I work the way I was treated this afternoon, I would be fired! I should have asked for a manager. Because of this disrespectful and uncalled for treatment, I will never shop at Greenback Bev Mo again. Total Wine has a better selection, better prices, and nicer staff anyway. read more

Ok so anything or anyone that makes my life easier is A-OK with me! I dont have time for stupid or rude people and when I am faced with dealing with either well I just wont waste my time and I wont waste my time or money at your establishment! Simple enough right? Yeah well try to explain that to some folks they just dont get it...So I found myself looking for some pabst blue ribbon so low and behold I found myself at bevmo.com and what do you know there is my PBR for 11.99 an 18 pack! Oh the joy that my heart filled with was amazing!!! I immediatly ordered 4 of those bad boys and after entering some basic info I was asked for a credit card and a location to pick up from and was then told my order would be ready in 1 hour!! Well about 10 minutes after my confirm email I received my email that my order was ready to be picked up!!! Man oh man can this get better?? YES it can!!! So I happily drive down to my local bevmo and I walk in and I show my ID and my credit card and I get my beers loaded up and walked to my car and loaded up for me all with a smile and as quick as can be!!! Yes folks Im happy I will go back and I wll tell my friends and sing from the rooftops!! I didnt have to hunt for competent help or stagger around the store searching for that lonely employee that really doesnt want to deal with me or anyone else!
