This was a huge disappointment. Not only did the oder take an hour and a half, it was cold. This was so inadequate. The tortellini was half cooked, the sauce was runny and bland. Honestly no better than from the freezer section at the grocery store. The garlic bread was cold and soggy. I paid almost $5 for pita and tzatziki. Got the tiniest portion of sauce, honestly enough for all the pita, which was inedible! It was so over cooked and dried out I cut my lip on it. The tiramisu was half frozen. Not so happy with the food I got from here. Ordered through Grubhub. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries and Tortellini a la creme pasta with a side salad and garlic bread. I was so exited for this and was praying it would be good and I was so disappointed. The burger was so overcooked and had no flavor to it and the bacon was barley cooked. Gross. The fries were pretty good except for the fact that they were ice cold. The pasta is the saddest part.. No pasta sauce in it... Wtf? My tortellini was literally just one giant sticky blob... However, it has been an hour past their estimated delivery and they have not shown up. I decided to call and get an update on my order and got no answer, I guess they had closed by then. Stopped here for lunch today and ordered 'the special', which is a medium 1-topping pizza (pepperoni, of course) and two cans of soda for $7. GREAT PIZZA. This is a nice little place right on Beverly just around from the mall but it's average looks belie the fact that it serves some of the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect -- just a little chewy with good taste and the cheese and toppings are a notch above what you can expect from Dominos or Papa Johns. This is my new go-to place. read more

I ordered from Grub Hub and first of all, the delivery took 2x as long as the estimated time. I had to call and check status of my delivery. When the food arrived it was HORRIBLE. It wasn't just not good, it was actually inedible. I had ordered the chicken parmesan which was extremely overcooked noodles with store bought chicken tenders on top. No I'm not exaggerating, that is exactly what we got. My boyfriend ordered the tortellini ala crema that had a sauce that tasted as though it was watered down crème sauce. For dessert we got a slice of carrot cake which was a slice of jelly roll that old and stale. It was 50 bucks down the drain. We intended on having a lazy night in but ended up having to get some Taco Bell instead. The cook here needs to consider a new line of work read more

Pizza is GREAT!! However, make sure you have plenty of napkins, as it can get a bit drippy. The tiramisu is also some of the best I've ever had. I'd driven by the place several times and wanted to try it out, but the parking lot is kinda small and awkward, so I decided to get delivery instead. Unfortunately, the delivery is exactly why I'm giving 3 stars. Not only was the driver about 10 minutes late, he showed up at the wrong door! And this was after I gave detailed instructions on where to deliver. It's pretty disappointing, because the food itself is worth 5 stars. read more

The chicken was rotten, the pizza shifted and was ruined en route, the salad was missing, the mozzarella sticks were cold and they shorted us. When we asked for the order to be fixed, they told us no and said they sent the salad/wouldn't replace the chicken. They suck. read more

Newly opened business and their pizzas and salads are awesome. It does take about 20min if you show up at the counter for the pizza as they make it just after you order. I'd call it an artisian pizza, the one I ordered had 8 full 1/8 slices of tomato cooked on it, tasted like all ingredients were fresh. The salads were amazingly fresh and extremely tasty. Didn't converse much with the staff and back seating room was still cluttered with stuff to decorate their new place but not many people there yet so sitting wasn't a prob (they had JUST opened). Staff was great in answering questions however. Ordering ahead of time tonight, diff pizza and subs instead of salad. Will update in a bit. Ok, so just finished dinner. Order was finished early and done perfect. The pizza is one of the best I've ever had. Showed up and the staff was awesome. Ready with my pizza and subs/sandwiches even tho I was 10 min early. Still hot and tasted great. Asked for one of the sandwiches to have mozzarella instead of feta and the manager made the effort to speak with me to ensure I understood that he had gotten the website pre-order asking for a cheese sub and he oversaw it personally. 10/10 will be getting pizza, salad and subs/sandwiches here again and hope others try it as well. This place is still new, and they are still working out some of the ambiance of the place, but my wife and I went there for Italian, and the food was excellent. The calzone I had was just as good as at Romio's, which is where I normally go. I will definitely be returning, especially since there are so many menu options (Italian, burgers, Mexican, etc.) Check it out if you want someplace new for a quiet, relaxing meal. read more

Had a wonderful experience here today. Food was delivered on time, and it was hot AND delicious!!! When I'm sick I like to eat Italian food, and man was it worth it! Mexican was not great...enchiladas with beef & Tostadas with beef....where did the side of cocktail sauce come into the equation? No salsa beans and rice were just odd. Tostadas were soggy and tasted "OK" not much flavor. It did get here pretty fast & it filled the void. read more

Really super bad. I ordered a gyro, baklava, and a salad with extra dressing. Ordered via GrubHub. The food was estimated delivery 45-60 minutes and it got here COLD a half hour late. The fries were soggy, the chicken in the gyro was too tough to eat, and they sent the wrong salad with wrong dressing. The driver admitted that he had gone to our garage door and waited for 20 minutes before calling...he was on the wrong street (we're on a corner). Uhm, gee, maybe that's why our food was cold?? I'm afraid to try the baklava. Grub Hub contacted them and they only gave us a 50% refund. Crappy food and crappy customer service and moron driver. I do not suggest this horrible place. Wish there was less than one star, a medium seemed more like an extra small.. The quantity was small and the quality wasn't much better, burnt and was not really fresh. Burger was overcooked as well, French fries were pretty good but that was it. After I had completed my order on grub hub I decided I wanted to add some garlic bread so I called the number on grub hub with no answer. So I decided I'd look up the store and try there still nothing. I had decided to try a new place and it seemed great based off the diverse items on the menu, but I can say with certain I will NEVER order from here again. We have been loyal customers of Alberona for a very long time - a few of our favs have been the steak tacos, Gyros, Hawaiian burgers and the Greek salad! However, we have had ongoing pattern of missing items from the delivery orders and Eat 24 has been helpful in obtaining refunds/credits for the missing items.I am sad to say that this evening is the last time we will be ordering from Alberona 3 Pizza & Subs due to very poor customer service! They neglected to include a side salad (we did get the honey mustard dressing as ordered) we ordered Carne Asada with a side of sour cream with an extra charge of .50 they gave us ranch dressing instead and then argued that they were certain they sent sour cream so they refused to refund the .50 we were charged - (I promise I know the difference between sour cream and ranch dressing)also, the refried beans were very watery/runny. Then they did not include any hot sauce with the steak tacos and I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only on it, it came with NOTHING on it! The $ value of the missing items is minimal but the attitude they took of arguing and refusing to refund anything for the sour cream then crediting the incorrect amount for the salad, as a side add on to my gyro it was $1.31 before tax they refunded $1.20 stating that after tax that would equal $1.31 for the salad. . . .I found this entire experience to be UNBELIEVABLE! If they don't learn the value of customer service they will not have any customers to service. . . This is our final order from them . . . I hope they learn a lesson from losing a previously loyal customer who spent on average $45.00 or more per week - I don't know . . . Maybe they are independently wealthy and don't need to keep customers coming back! We will miss the food NOT the service! So, was it worth losing us over .61 + tax and not arguing? ? ? Got another great meal here tonight - well had it delivered by them. I had a burger from them the other night and it was great so tonight I had a pasta dish. Deeply disappointed tried to order directly from the business for delivery as I had a coupon but was hung up on 4 times so I went through Grubhub who also does not answer their phones so could not use the coupon and although the pizza and potato skins were okay not worth the full price charged through grubhub so missed opportunity for both on future business. read more

These guys are the worst! Which is too bad because the food isn't bad. I wish they didn't suck because it's nice to have variety other than pizza. I ordered the burrito and mud pie. After waiting over an hour, the guy showed up. They forgot the sour cream. Why have extra sour cream as an option if you're not going to remember it. I was actually trying them again after they screwed up an order a week before. I do really try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I opened the mud pie and it looked like it had been dropped in the floor. I sent that back, asking him to bring me another one (and bring the sour cream). He showed back up after about 45 minutes. Second mud pie- SMASHED again! I swore I was done with them, giving up. But I decided to call and talk to the manager (I think he's the manager or owner) to see if he would work with me so I could continue to order from them. (I know... gave them too many chances). When I tried talking to him, he was defensive and made excuses saying the reason it was screwed up is because it's made of ice cream and will melt. I just said look, I'm a good customer. I order out a lot. I just want my food to come without it looking like it's been stepped on. Again, excuses... its ice cream, it melts (which has nothing to do with it). Finally I said, "Look, do you want my business?" AND HE SAID NO!! "That's ok" And got off the phone. Needless to say, will NEVER order from them again. BEWARE, don't expect any kind of decent customer service - they just don't give a crap!! Must not need the business.
