Now it is under new ownership it seems. I had a party for my mothers birthday and unfortunately, I had to deal with this unorganized and unprofessional team. 1. They refuse to answer their phone, all communication is via text and therefore I was penalized for the lack of clarity because I was not able to communicate with these people effectively. Throughout the time that I had my contract with them, I attempted to make several phone calls, only to receive my response via text, the person said it is because they get a lot of "robocalls" or "scam calls" Not my problem, get a damn business phone. 2. I have been making monthly payments towards the total amount and paid off the balance well before the day of the party. Unfortunately, a few weeks before the party I was reminded to pay off the balance. Ok, no big deal to clarify that it has already been paid off, but this started a pattern of their behavior of being unorganized, unclear and the client, myself having to pay heavily for it. 3. The party was to seat 80 people. Prior to the party, I asked about the table options, round vs long, how many people per table, etc. It was determined that I would need 8-10 long tables. I was also sent 2 pictures of the entrance and asked my preference for set up (all via text). I liked the entrance to be free so people can move about and dance, assuming the tables would be on the other side. The day of the party there were absolutely NO TABLES. When my aunt arrived to set up they told me it would be another $150 to move the furniture around again. This was so confusing to me, not only was I unable to reach these people by phone, they never had my tables set up after we agreed on the long tables then charged me to move the furniture around and set up the tables. 4. The airconditioning does NOT work. 5. This was the very first time I have ever done anything like this so I asked for advice and assistance. One service that was needed was photography/videography. The man that works there said that he can provide this for me for roughly, I believe it was somewhere between 100-300$. Says he has done this before. Now photography does not mean just snapping pictures. When I finally received the pictures that this "photogropher" shot throughout the night, they were of such poor quality that I had to ask my friends and family for their pictures from their cell phones. The pictures were extremely dark. How the hell did he figure these were well done? Although there were numerous pictures, they were so dark and the quality was horrible. I canNOT believe this man told me this is something he could do and provided such crapy pictures. Do not offer services for which you are unable to perform even mildly well. There are dark shadows at the bottom of almost all of the pictures (Probably his hand). 6. Clean up is included in the price. But we had a lot of alcohol left. Instead of just taking the things that we brought, my cousins and other family decided to help tidy a little. Some people have been drinking but by any means were they disorderly. While my friends and family helped to pour some water from the vase and cups down the drain, some of the water spilled on the floor and we did not realize this. It wasn't until I overheard the lady making slick remarks under her breath like this isn't helping us at all, and making fun of my family with her partner that I realized someone accidentally spilled water on the floor near the sink. The did not directly say anything, the behavior continued and the mocked my family for trying to help. The spill was not much because it was easily....EASILY addressed with a mop. 7. Gross behavior, unprofessional, poor communication, misleading, I will never have an event there, attend an event there, or recommend this place to anyone unless it is run by another group of people.

For starters, they captured so many incredible details of our venue. We got married at the Miami Beach botanical gardens and our videographers captured all the amazing garden nature, including the butterfly's, iguanas, fishes, plants etc. The images were stunning. Our friends and family kept telling us that they felt as if they were watching a high end movie trailer. In addition to capturing all the beauty of our venue they also captured all the details of our ceremony, reception and cocktail. They got shots of our table arrangements, ketuba, our guest book, our ceremonial wine and dozens of other items that we bought for our wedding. We were also so pleased to see that they captured all the people we love and care about. Everyone from our immediate family, to our cousins and friends were captured on video celebrating. And they captured all these incredibly special moments between my wife and I. I couldn't believe it because I barely noticed them there. Youri was one of our videographers and he was accompanied by another fantastic videographer who's name I forget but will update when I find out. Both were impeccable. Lastly, the video came out extraordinarily well. Literally, better than we could have ever imagined or even hoped for. Total tear jerker and filled with such positive, amazing vibes. They weaved in the speeches and music together with such finesse. They artfully transitioned ceremony shots to drone shots to cocktail hour shots and reception shots. This is the video we will look back on for the rest of our lives when thinking of our wedding and I just have to say I am so happy we hired Dana Lynn for the job. They really did an incredible job for us and I would not only recommend but HIGHLY encourage anyone thinking of getting a video (I'm sure their pictures are great too, just didn't use them for that) to go with Dana Lynn.

If anything they provided more stress and I had to tell my bridal party to keep them away from me on the day of the wedding. Myself and my fiancé had to do all of the leg work and all the vendors knew exactly the events of the wedding EXCEPT for Barry and Sherri. This was a destination wedding for me and it was different NOT WORTH paying them for their poor service. I delivered all my welcome bags, had my bridal party set up the venue, the groomsmen had to set up the boardwalk chairs. It was a waste of money since we had to do everything ourselves. Also when I inquired about what they were able to do they got offended. But as a client and customer I have every right to know/understand what I'm paying for! Even the things that fell under their description they did not do! They were very quick to send the invoices to be paid and yell at me and my fiancé that it 'has to be paid NOW!'. This shocked me and my fiancé since we didn't have a payment issue with them. Do not do any business with this business. I feel scammed by the service I received and added more stress to my special day. During our wedding day, they initially showed up late and has some miscommunication about when they were to start serving drinks. Our mother had to let them know it was time to start serving guests for our cocktail hour. The ceremony was outside and followed by a cocktail hour. Everyone wanted water after the ceremony which made sense considering our ceremony was outside for about 30 minutes. Tipsy Rose had promised to set up a water station outside with fresh fruit inside and assured us it would be all set up for our guests. Not only did they not set up a water station, they didn't bring water at all. The venue had to bring out cases of water from their staff room to hand out to our guests. Thankfully our catering service brought some water and set up a small water station inspire the reception area as well. They did provide alcoholic drinks throughout the reception since we paid for an open bar and also provided appetizers during the cocktail hour. Later in the evening was our toast which Tipsy Rose agreed to provide at the table side pour for a champagne toast. I even paid extra money for a second pour of champagne which included a full pour. Sadly this did not happen at all. They didn't provide champagne or flutes for our wedding. We were devastated but made the best of the situation by using regular drinks for our toast. Overall I do not blame the workers there since they truly seemed like they were not given the correct information. No refund was offered, and only excuses were provided by the owner. Do not recommend them for events.
