She went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable, reassured that my hair was no problem at all, and at the end even said that doing my hair was relaxing. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had getting a blowout in a long time, and now I am considering their monthly membership! It's been three days since my blowout and my hair is still looking great (see photos)! Their other location seems to have some issues with staffing availability/hours, but this location seems very solid. I'll be back!

Amelia, was incredibly helpful - helping me decide what I should do with my hair for my stepdaughter's wedding. I asked for the wash, blow out, and under eye treatment. Started with eye treatment placement and then wash which was relaxing and extremely gentle if you have a tender scalp. Then to blow drying and styling - efficient, gentle, and all around a great experience! Highly suggest to anyone that's from out of town and needs A quick easy blow out to feel fresh and beautiful before any special occasion or just because! This North Carolina girl was very Impressed- Thank you, Amelia!

Christina listens to everything I tell her and even remembers what I talked about last time I was in, which makes it feel personable and welcoming. She also really cares about what you are saying about how you want your hair to look like, color and cut, and I truly have always been happy with my results- which maybe I'm a diva but that hasn't been the case at other salons. I would definitely recommend and I also think the prices are very fair!

Came back the second time and got the exact same thing and it took the stylist just about an hour. When I went to pay, they charged me for an extended blowout, an extra $39! I told her I was confused as I had been here before and this had not happened. She told me, rudely, "Well, it took over an hour and you have thick hair. I've added it to your account for future appointments." Unfortunately, there won't be another appointment. Is it based on how quickly the stylist completes a straight blowout, or the actual thickness of hair? I have pretty standard hair - not thin, but definitely not super thick! Super disappointing and hope others can be wary!

Photo attached, taken on July 4th, the day after. My hair was fried from HOURS in bleach. The color was inconsistent. I ended up crying on the floor of Target to buy bleach just so I could have something that looked close to normal. I had to chop off 6 inches of hair and give myself bangs because of the sheer volume of fried hair. It is several months later and I have spent close to $2500 trying to fix my hair. The ends are still crispy and break off and my hair is barely chin length. Of note, he barely wore a mask the entire time. He also left bleach in my hair while he went into the hallway to argue with a girl who took a photo of him doing hair without a mask. He also commented on my husband who is of Chinese descent something to the effect of "I love Asian men! They are like f*cking a dolphin because they are so smooth!" He also kept sneaking in the back to take shots of vodka so pretty sure he wasn't sober most of the time. These are just the highlights of the experience. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this business to anyone I want to remain friends with.
