Update: the owner/manager called complaining about their "mechanic" giving a bad review and the shop owner who was working on my truck told him the customer (me) is the one who picked it up, but he would try and find out what was going on, the guy hung up on him. Further Update: When the mechanic went to put in the rear end, he realized they had given me the wrong one. When he contacted them, they said they would only give us the correct one if I deleted my review! These guys have no integrity! These things are clearly normal behavior for them. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home.
