I totally agree with Kathryn B. and wish I had taken heed to her advice. I purchased a 2016 Chevy…read moreCruze from this man in July for my teenage daughter and originally wrote a review about having to spend almost $4000 for a car in addition to $7000 I paid for the car. Only to be fed BS about me taking the car to Firestone and how they are only trying to gouge me out of money and to bring it back to him and he would take care of the issues. My wife wanted to give him the benefit and took the car back to him and spent 3 hours at his dealership while he "fixed" the issues. He begged me to remove the negative review because it was hurting his business, so I reluctantly did since the engine codes were no longer coming on for a few weeks. I took the car to the Chevy dealership down from his lot for an oil change and decided to have them do a full diagnostic only to find that EVERYTHING Firestone said the vehicle needed (except tires) is wrong with this vehicle and that K1's idea of "fixing" the issues was that of a shade tree mechanic with little to no actual certifications. So instead of being out of almost $11,000 total for a "cash car" I am only out of about $9,800. I would definitely look elsewhere or at least ask to have a full diagnostic done before doing business with K1. Taking advantage of honest people not wanting to or not having the ability to spend a lot of money is what I find is this guy's specialty. If I wanted to spend almost $10,000 on a vehicle, I could have gone to real car lot and had it financed.

That being said this was my first auto loan and I walked in there with all honesty, as far as how much I had down. They offered me a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan and I had expressed my situation to a young lady, Alyssa and the older Middle Eastern man Tariq Elfauri. I drove off the lot in that vehicle on August 28th, and on October 20 2025 it was repossessed from my job. I was told at the dealership that they were going to give me a month to make my car payment. They claimed and never got it, the date was repossessed I made an additional payment of 480 and they still refused to reinstate my loan. Tariq also HIT MY CREDIT REPORT WITH THE REPOSSESSED and I've heard from "Deontye" that he basically blacklisted me from getting another car with anyone else. The day that I was able to go to the dealership and get my things out of the car a man introduced himself as Deontye and claimed he was helping me get my car back.. it's now December 15 and that has not been the case. I'm obviously going to get a lawyer involved. Watch out. This entire thing was a whole scam. Im sure they are all in on it. I'm very embarrassed and upset but I wanted to share so no one else falls for this crap. I heard from Deontye there's 20 REPOSSESSION cars right now and some other lady came up there crying about her car being repo'ed. If you're already in a hard spot.. don't trust them. And I'm going to say it because it was told to ME that they prey on POC. Do not fucking get a car through them!!!

The initial repair from someone backing into my car were complete within a week. When I came by to check it the bumper had already popped off. The representative said someone must have hit it in their parking lot and they would check security cameras. It was clear it did not get hit. They "fixed" it and I picked it up. By the end of the day the same thing happened. I've been going through this multiple times. The fourth time it happened I told them to order a new bumper. Clips and tape would not work if the bumper is damaged. Multiple paint issues with debris and lines. The fifth time it has happened now again. There is obviously more damage underneath or improper alignment and repair. Do not trust. Edit: Victoria S. You had 5 chances to make it right and missed the mark each time. WARNING: Do NOT buy from Brothers Motors…read more This dealership is fraudulent and preys on customers. They scammed me by offering a "special deal" with a deferred down payment. I paid $2,000 upfront, with a $500 balance due in two weeks. Here's what happened: They knowingly sold me a car with a bad battery, which caused me to miss work. Because of that, I didn't have the $500 in time. I reached out, but they ignored my messages. Instead, they used the missed payment as an excuse to repossess the car. Even after I explained that the battery issue was their fault, the owner's son Eddie still went through with the repo. It's clear this was a setup from the start: they got my $2,000, took the car back, and left me with nothing. Don't fall for their scam. Brothers Motors will take your money, repossess your car, and ruin you financially. Stay far away.
