One thing I've always respected about the owner Chelsea is that she doesn't try to sell you a service/product that you truly don't need and today, Melissa did just the same thing! She took the time to review skin care and had an honest conversation with me about what she felt in her professional opinion that will work in direct alignment with my skin care needs presently . I purchased the products that best suited my skincare needs today. I love this establishment for many reasons and of course one that stands out is that it is woman owned and operated!

Very inviting and open communication is something I appreciate and I get that here. Usually I'm a Room #13 person. Today I used #2 for the first time and again as always, I LOVED it! Beds are always clean here and rooms are always clean. Spray is in every room along with paper towels. The products they sell are top tier and they have many options. I am a heavily tattooed person and they even have a protective stick for your tattoos you can purchase as well as face tanner that keeps you from burning and the obvious tanning lotions which are all wonderful. They also sell small towels, eye protection, foot sanitary pads, cute tan decals and more. Music is great here as well! There are not many options for locations anymore for tanning and the one near me, I'm just not particularly interested in so I wait till I can make the travel in town to specifically come to this one. I've never had a negative experience here! All positive! Thanks Tanning Hut and staff for giving me many years of positive experiences. I hope you stay open for a long time!

I got the one month package ( a bit pricey) than what I'm used to but the place was very clean and inside the tanning room it self was also very clean and had cute little products you can use before and after tanning. The tanning products are very reasonable with their prices. So if you ever in the Goshen area definitely check them out. I'm excited to see my results as I'm someone who don't get much outside time to go to a pool or beach do to work so this will definitely help. They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good. They have the stand up tanning ( which I don't like) but they also have the bed you can lay down in and just relax lol. So check them out if you in the area

I've had horrible experiences here. Signing up for a membership is a complete rip off and if you…read moreever want to cancel your account the staff will still find a way to rip you off by making you pay for a whole month that you won't even end up using. I tried to freeze my account because I was traveling and was assured that I was all set, yet within a week I was being charged for a full membership. When I complained to the manager, she didn't even help nor offered a refund, rather gave me "tan bucks" that wasn't even equivalent to what I was wrongfully charged. When I tried to cancel my account, I called to complain about being wrongfully charged (in another instance) and to state that I wanted to cancel my account, I was told that I had to come into the place in person to cancel my membership which was extremely inconvenient since I was traveling for the holidays. When I went in person to cancel my account I was told I had to give a 30 days notice, which I did, yet exactly 30 days after doing so I was still being charged!! Needless to say, the costumer service here sucks. As far as the tanning goes, the mystic spray often leaves you orange and gets blotchy within a few days. It also stains your clothes and hands.
