Agree with the other reviewer... they are only interested in billing. A week after my knee…read moresurgery, I was seen in this office. Fortunately, I had an amazing surgeon and when I went to see the therapist, I had no pain at all. In fact, after walking back to the room with the therapist, the first thing he asked was "when" is my surgery. He was amazed to learn I had already had surgery. I was completely weight bearing and had no limitation to my range of motion. I let the therapist know that I was only coming at the request of my surgeon. The therapist said as long as I was feeling well, there was no need for me to come back. The appointment took all of about five minutes and the therapist did nothing other than talk to me. This would be perfectly fine... except today, two months later... I get a bill for their services! Given the fact the therapist did absolutely nothing other than speak to me for a minute... I have no idea why the balance bill. They were reimbursed by my insurance. But my insurance did not cover their full charge. And even though they did essentially nothing for me, they are charging me for the full visit. As a Veteran who served 30 years in the military and as a licensed healthcare professional who has been practicing for over 40 years... I find this behavior appalling. I have never met providers that are so anti-Veteran as I have discovered since moving to this area. Throughout my life after leaving the military, I have never had a provider send me a balance bill. Because we are Veterans, they accept the payment the military insurance pays and that is it. I understand it is the practices prerogative to send a bill for the balance not covered by insurance. But given the therapist did absolutely nothing to me, it's almost fraud to send me a bill. I cannot actually speak to their care since the therapist did nothing for me. Again, I fully expected the visit to go the way it did... I was feeling great. But I never expected them to send me a bill for doing nothing.

Now that her career in soccer is over she's graduating college, I find myself coming here. Receptionist has always been nice. The physical therapist my daughter used to see has moved on. My physical therapist, Michael Curtin seems to be good. He is matter of fact, which is great cause I don't like idle chitchat or beating around the bush. So far so good I have multiple sessions yet to come.

I got an epidural a month and a half ago and I've had right side inflammation out of my head…read more That's very painful. I met with my Monica last month. I told her what my problem was. I called the office several times but no response and she finally brought me in and gave me three shots which she said would last a few days to see her in Belton again for medication refill and I told her I'm in serious pain. I can't take it. She said I'll let you see Dr. Mashhad next month to see what he will do. I can't make it another day. How am I gonna make it to the next month. when I went to the Belton office, I waited 20 minutes of lobby and 30 minutes inside the room and she came in and said you can see Dr. Mashhad next month. She told me to go to the emergency room. I did she called the next day and I missed the call so I called right back and left a message it's already Friday. She hasn't called me. I see the serious lack of caring patient with her, she does not care. She just does not care. I've been a long-term patient and this is the response I get when I'm in a major pain. I have been coming to Integra for different issues since 2016. I started coming when I had bad back…read morepain while pregnant with my youngest child. I was certain I had a slipped disc or something, but the doctor recommended physical therapy. I was skeptical, but determined to do my due diligence. After coming for six weeks though, I am now a huge believer in PT. The therapists were able to get me relief and teach me how to do exercises that were safe for the baby and helped ease my back pain. In 2017 I came for knee issues after overtraining for the cap 10k. I came again this past year when I developed bursitis in my hip. Each time I have been injured I visit until I have consistent relief and then I discontinue therapy sessions and continue the work at home. I have only had to come the full six weeks once (that was when I was pregnant). Integra is totally cool with this because the whole point of PT is to get better. They don't pressure you to add extra unnecessary sessions. The first visit is an evaluation where they take a look at your issue, test range of motion, ask you about your pain levels and determine a treatment plan. Different injuries require different levels of treatment, more severe issues could result in multiple visits a week but most of mine have been once a week. After the eval, sessions usually consist of a 30 minute exercise session where a therapist walks you through good exercises you can do to strengthen your body in the area where you're injured and making sure you don't end up with any compensatory injuries. The second half of the session is usually some form of physical manipulation, for example, when I had bad back pain the second half was the therapist working out the tension in my upper back muscles. I would call it massage but it was not relaxing. It did, however, (eventually) result in relief of pain. I recently brought my 10 year old in for a knee injury and learned she has hyper mobile joints and weak hip adductors which can be a risk factor for injuries, so we will be working on strength and stability. I highly recommend Integra!

I cannot praise Priscilla and her team enough. Fast, efficient, caring and quality physiotherapy…read moresessions are making a difference with my shoulder injury and pain. This is my first time doing physio. I will admit, I was skeptical. But the technicians and therapists at Integra know their stuff. A little more each week, with two sessions weekly and home exercises, I am seeing progress. I am very grateful to all of them. Do the work. Physio is worth it, and yes, it definitely works.
