However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

Both…read moreof the chain Pharmacy's where forever giving me problems with not having the meds and causing to have to go days without medication or having to track it down at other locations. Fanwood Pharmacy has been the complete opposite. When I initially called them I told them my biggest concern was making sure the pharmacy had my medication as I couldnt wait days. Fanwood Pharmacy assured me that once I become a customer they will insure that my medication is always in stock. The said if for any reason they did not have it, it would only take 1 day to get. This is a big difference from the large chain pharmacy's which could take as long as a week. The pharmacy made the transition very easy for me. They signed me up for text notifications and helped me download their app so I can check on medications and refill perscriptions. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. I am very pleased that I switched, I only wish I did it sooner.

It's at the intersection of South Avenue West and Lincoln Ave West, diagonally across from a Bank of America and directly across from a Sunoco gas station. If you powerwalk and are lucky with the traffic signals, you can get here from the Cranford train station in under 10 minutes. Interestingly, this Walgreens has a pharmacy drive-thru, the exit of which coincides with the exit of the Chase Bank drive-thru--which necessitates the two stop signs inside the parking lot. Most customers will likely park on the Lincoln Ave side of the building, where the main entrance is. The interior of the store is organized, well-stocked, and like many other Walgreens locations has a small photo center in the front, a pharmacy in the back, and all the seasonal promotional merchandise in one of the center aisles. What annoys me a bit is that contact lens solution and eye drops aren't located with other OTC pharmaceuticals, but next to the ice cream case. Kind of seems like an afterthought. Now accepting NFC payment methods, including Android Pay and Apple Pay.

I am the one to deal with them now and I notice things but out of respect to my mom we stayed. My mother had an urgent antibiotic called in by her dr one evening. When I called Baron Drug at 945 the next morning the woman at Baron Drug said they didn't have a prescription for her. So ALL DAY I was bugging her Drs office and at 430 PM I get a call from her drs office asking what's the problem the prescription is ready for pick up. When I called Baron Drug then they say yes it was ready by 943 am. Yet the woman at Baron drug had said earlier they didn't have it. All day my mother was suffering! It was attributed to a miscommunication or something. What does that mean. I told them I would have gladly stayed on hold for the person to actually look! Unacceptable, disrespectful and inexcusable.
