I was shocked. The incorrect color was not my error -- it was theirs. Yet they refused to take responsibility and attempted to make me pay for it. That is unacceptable customer service. When a business makes a mistake, it should own it and fix it without putting the burden on the customer. Instead, I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect. I will not be returning, and I don't recommend this store to anyone who values fairness, accountability, or basic customer service.

I could have gotten my white, shaker cabinets from 41st Ave Flushing, Queens because of similar pricing but decided to get them locally because it was Fabuwood, which is a highly-rated cabinet maker. The cost was $4k instead of the $7k Home Depot was going to charge me a few blocks down. Marco was good salesman. Well before the delivery was made, I canceled the crown moulding. They or Fabuwood charged me a penalty of about $35 for ordering it. They delivered a day late, and you have to remove cabinet boxes from the liftgate. The delivery guy won't put them on the ground. Ordering the cabinets was easy, but don't ask them to go the extra mile. Looking at the cabinets, they put the toekick into the order, the but the cabinets didn't really need it. They didn't initially want to give me the pen and wax to cover-up the slight scratches. And, about 3 or 4 inside shelves were slightly damaged, and I asked that they be replaced. He said he'd get back to me, but that was weeks ago after leaving multiple voicemail messages. The cabinets are nice, but it would have been nice to have unscratched shelving. They are really 3.5 stars if Yelp allowed half ratings.
