This visit, we were surprising a girlfriend and this was the spot to meet at. We've been before but it was their first time. Weekend seems to be more lively versus the weekdays. Also when we walked in, they had live music going on which is alway lovely to have and enjoy while tasting. There's two sides to the place as you walk in. Right side is where the tasting counter is located. Tables are also there and where the band was. To the left side is where pretty much all the tables and seating are as well as the displays of wine. Sofas and hi top chairs. They also have a back patio which I've never seen it being utilized. Food is also served which we did get some and it was quite tasty. The charcuterie board and meatballs I believe. Both quite tasty and well presented. Then comes the tasting. You can have a tasting, a glass or bottle. We outed for the bottle as it was three of us having it. Also they have beer which was quite nice. The selections on wine they had were quite tasty. It's nice to have a spot like this up in the mountain. A fun little getaway and add wine to it, perfect. Plus the staff are alway so sweet and friendly. Until Next time.

I went again last weekend with my boyfriend and our friend during the wine hopping event. This time it was busy. We were seated in the back room that felt like a conference room. Bad time to come because we felt unwelcome. Limited to where we can sit. "It's reserved" Pros - lots of free parking - cute decor - good charcuterie board - waitress was nice Cons - I didn't like any of my wine - bad pour for the price - Boring I won't be back. There wasn't anything memorable.

Smoked salmon tartine is pretty self explanatory. Flavor profile is all there without being too strong from the smoked salmon taste. Porcini mushroom pizza is a nice small mushroom pizza to snack on while you wait on other food. Bacon wrapped figs were decent too although the sauce was probably the best part about it. Our main entree was a Red pepper pasta filet mignon, which frankly was a little flat. The filet mignon wasn't too tender or flavorful frankly and the pasta sauce was a little lackluster as well. But for filler, it does the job. So like i said, appetizers are the move here, pair them with a wine to maximize your experience here (if your wallet is willing), otherwise, the place does run a little more expensive than other restaurants in the area.

But it does have this converted small old tiny house charm. The folks that you order from when you walk into the house are very friendly. They have a wine, beer, and light cocktail menu. I actually came here specifically for the pizza. And I'm not sure what their arrangement is, but I think it's a separate entity called Inner Pizza that makes all the pizzas available to order on their menu. I ordered a pepperoni ricotta pizza. Just a great combination of salty meats, and creamy cheese. The crust had a nice structure and crisp to it. Just a great pizza overall. I also ordered a glass of wine to go with it that was really tasty. The atmosphere and vibe here is lively because I think this is one of the more popular places in the area. It seems like a lot of people were having celebrations here or just coming together in smaller groups. There's some seating inside which feels a little more intimate and more seating outside in a courtyard where people can be a little more raucous. I was able to find street parking close by fairly easily.

The pizza was made from scratch and cooked in a stone oven over a live fire, which gave it such a great flavor. I do wish they had a charcuterie board, though. I think that would've been a great addition with the wine. The bartenders were great too and even let us taste different options before committing to a full pour. Overall, such a fun spot for a date night!

I definitely had a little buzz going and it was only I think five or something maybe six different flavors very good size for a flight. Next time I'll come back for the wine because they are made there! Some of the grape grapes are shipped in and there is a local orchard. Just a very cool and surprising little spot. I was not expecting the hands-on aspect of the winery. I'm looking forward to going back! Special shout out to the staff for being accommodating, conversational, friendly, fast and efficient! You can squeeze lemon or lime in the cocktail or add hot sauce. Three fresh oysters were included. I love those but they could have been colder. She orders them without sauce but the cook did a great job preparing them and she said they were perfect. The enchiladas came with beans and rice and we ordered salads that were extra. It was all tasty with fresh lettuce and good salad dressing (we had italian and ranch). Service was so so. We were there midday and it seems many restaurants are this way at this time of day. Not sure if it's because they send servers home and there are not as many to wait on customers or they have side duties that take them away from serving, but it's typical and frustrating. I will say the first bus boy was not good seemed very unhappy and never smiled but then a second bus boy showed up and he was smiling, helpful, friendly and saved the day!!

If you ask, they'll pour you a taste before you order to see if you're going to like that wine or not. My "Open Bottle Red Tasting Flight" was just $15 for three generous pours of Pinot Noir, Carménère, and Malbec. Glasses range from $11 - $15...very reasonable. FOOD: They offer "Bites, Boards & Platos Fuertes", which are tapas style and shareable plates that pair with your wine selection. We shared a couple of orders of the Empanadas ($15 for 3), which were baked perfectly. We tried the Beef, Chorizo & Queso, and Queso & Membrillo (Spanish cheese with quince paste...great as dessert). We also tried the Brie con Miel ($14) and the Puerto Rican Picadillo ($16) served with rice. Everything has great flavors and is quite delicious! Overall, this is a vibrant, fun little wine bar with great service, food, and vino. We're glad that they're here in the neighborhood and I can't recommend them highly enough.
