Actually, he went above and beyond to make it work. I will be posting photos so you can see the condition yourself. The entire floor will likely need to be redone. He was contacted multiple times and never came back to fix anything. There is no accountability and no follow-through on the work or any warranty. On top of that, he took a $5,000 deposit to do our bathroom and never completed the job. We went to court and he did not even show up. The money has not been returned. At this point, we are considering further action, but I am leaving this review to warn others. Be careful. The work is poor quality, nothing is honored, and you risk losing your money. Stay away from Dan's Top Flooring.

I requested a quote from yelp and in a few minutes Corey emailed me back letting me know he can assist with with my job. I liked the way he got in touch with me quick, during the rest of the day 4 more companies got in touch with me but I wanted to use Corey because he seemed honest and the price was fair. They have a flat rate service I choose for handyman for the day. David came to my home a few days prior to the job appointment day to look at the work to make sure it could be done in a day and agreed it could. He came on the agreed time ready to tackle the job. He also picked up the materials from home depot I needed to get the tiles done like the grout, this was a nice plus. The job started at 9am and he was done by 5pm. He came back the next day to set the grout as it needed a day to dry. Everything went smooth and we are happy with end result. I will be using David and Corey for future jobs, thanks guys!

And you used your blower to blow a few leaves out of my gutter. And you cut some bushes for me and put them in the front yard for the garbage. When you came to give me the estimate, you said "you know I could have remodeled your whole house. Everything I see that you did here, I could have done and I told you - I will beat anyone's prices". And another who couldn't do the work for 3 weeks. The things I trusted you with the second time were easy things. Moving furniture around. Putting shelves together for my garage. 2 smoke detectors. Broke Master Bathroom Shower (something about overtighting the inside, and I had to get a professional plumber to repair) 2. Guest bathroom spout diverter wasn't properly installed and last week, it started spraying inside the wall, soaking my middle bedroom floor which was connected to it. Bergeron plumbing came out and replaced the spout diverter, and told me it was improperly done. Then I had to have another handyman come out to replace the soaked drywall. 3. Master Bedroom ceiling fan above bed. Had to have Razorback Electric come out. They told me it wasn't mounted properly and could have come crashing down if it was on high. 4. New Master Bathroom Toilet is now wobbling. Will have to have Bergeron come out to fix it. 5. Various furniture was assembled and about half was pretty sloppy (i.e. door coming off cabinet, cutting the back off a bedroom dresser. 6. Unable to wire back a Lumitron dimmer switch he took off when installing the living room fan (which also had to be tightened by someone else). Again, he's a really pleasant guy, but if I knew I would have to pay someone else to redo what he did, I wouldn't have gone with him. So far, I'm probably out an extra $2 - 3K in redos.
