I been having some bad experiences in general with better buzz but this specific one at Mission is really good! Not only the presentation looks good but their drinks are amazing! I ordered the banana pudding best drink ever with two shots of espresso and it's so delicious! I'm truly happy with this drink. We also ordered the Mocha Buzz and it's very well prepared too. Staff are friendly thru the drive thru and have the drinks really in less than a 1 minute pace. Very good and thanks for the amazing drink!
Got the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever here and it was decent, but even though I ordered it half sweet it still came out pretty sweet for my taste. To their credit, the staff did offer to remake it if I wanted it adjusted -- I just happened to be in a rush and couldn't wait. So that's on me, not them. My tip: if you're not into American-style coffee drinks (think Starbucks-level sweetness), order it 25% sweet instead of half. That'll probably land closer to what you're after.

The parking is minimal and there are an abundance of tables outside if it is full indoors including some with umbrella shade if it's too sunny. Redeemed a latte here and it was made well! A tad less sweeter than I've had it before, but it didn't taste bitter. I also tried their carnitas egg bites! They are filling, and make a great protein snack. The store is small but cozy, I'd come back again!

The coconut macadamia matcha was amazing. The flavor was light and refreshing without it being too dense. I would go back and get some more. I also got the better breakfast with avocado. It was good on the pretzel bun. Would be interested in trying their other food items. Seating is limited and hard to find especially if you're in a bigger group. Service for picking up food and drink did take a while and one of my friends got their drink forgotten.
I've recently started ordering from Better Buzz. I'm glad I did! I really like the Mission Gorge & Zion location. Every time I ordered I get excellent customer service and delicious food and drinks. Pretty chill vibe here. It's a bit pricey but def worth it. They are on the corner of Mission Gorge; across the shopping plaza of Vons etc. They have a private parking lot; limited spaces. You can dine inside or on their patio.
The coffee here is delicious, just get here before the morning rush. I recommend ordering pickup, the drive through bleeds into the street. They have the standard pastries available here. The service is great here especially in the morning the energy is up.
I love the decor of this place and it was funny is that the day I came there was a person dressed up in a bee costume. When you walk in, it feels like a high-end hotel and they have a variety of food and drinks that you can order from this is actually my first time at a better buzz and I can see why it's a popular chain. The service was OK as you could tell they were pretty busy and it took some time for them to take our order and I guess it was also because there's a drive-through---my only one critique is that it's hard to find a garbage can. I got the Matcha latte and it was pretty good not too sweet not too bitter and I do wish there was more of the Matcha flavor, but overall the mix with the oat milk was creamy and good.
Not much has gotten better if your going to order food be prepared to wait 20 minutes and if your getting the BACON egg bits don't expect any bacon only thing correct was my drinks and the people were polite that's the 2 stars
10 stars on the Banana Latte!! Omg! With a Nilla wafer on top! So amazing!! Go get yourself one! Tried the Banana matcha, too! Also amazing! Very refreshing!!!
I stopped by this better buzz while I was in the area. This is definitely one of the toughest to navigate locations - the parking lot is very small (lots of spaces just way too tight for two directions) and trying to enter/exit on this busy road is brutal. I ordered the mint coffee mojito for online pickup and was pretty disappointed. It was mostly cream (see picture) where I'm used to this drink being coffee forward. It lacked mint flavor too. I would probably avoid this location and try hillcrest or another one instead.

Their drinks are really good. If you have the app they give you sometimes half off or free drinks. The only thing tricky about this place. Sometimes the parking lot could be crowded. They are good. When you say light ice. They actually give you light ice. Unlike some other places. They have water and napkins available too when they are busy. First time at this Better Buzzed and we decided to walk in rather than the drive thru. The coffee was good, and I appreciated how clean and well-kept the space was. The staff seemed on top of things, and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. The only downside was the noise level -- it was really loud, to the point where it was hard to relax or have a conversation. If you don't mind a noisy atmosphere, you'll probably love it. But if you're looking for a quiet spot to work or unwind, this might not be the best fit. read more

Better Buzz has some pretty good drinks. So far my favorite drink here is the Coconut Buzz. The Fashion Valley locations are closest to me. For whatever reason they had one location in Fashion Valley, then they opened another one in the mall next to the movie theater upstairs. But I guess if there is demand, you got to try to meet it (even if it's in the same shopping mall). We just happened to be in the neighborhood so came to this location here in Mission Gorge. It has a fair amount of parking. They having seating indoors and outdoors. They also have a drive thru which is convenient. We decided to head in to order our drinks. It was cool inside (was a hot summer day when we stopped by). Several workers greeted us as we walked in. We have ordered here many times before, so we all kind of knew what we wanted. We sat down and I couldn't help but notice some of the tables and seating required some TLC (like it was very noticeable). I'm sure the workers all had something they had to get done, but I think at least one person should circle through the seating area to make sure everything is in order. We were there a solid 30-45 minutes and I don't remember anyone checking or cleaning the seating area. We got our drinks in the time you would expect. Drinks were pretty good. I love their Coconut Buzz... and I'm not the biggest fan of coconut lol. Something about the flavor profile just makes it very appealing to me. The others in my group enjoyed their drinks as well. We hung out for a short time because it was warm outside. Service was good. The gal that took our order was super nice and personable. Drinks were spot on and timely. I'd return to this location again. I really like Better Buzz Coffee. My only knock was the seating area was not clean, but I'm going to chalk it up the workers being too busy. I'm honestly pretty disappointed with my experience today. I'm a regular at this shop and have always loved coming here because the staff is usually so kind, welcoming, and friendly. Unfortunately, today was a very different experience. One of the male baristas, I believe his name was Leo, was very rude, and I was really disappointed with both the customer service and my drink. I ordered a cortado, but it came out extremely foamy and did not taste good at all. For me, it ended up feeling like a waste of money. I truly believe customer service plays a huge role in the overall atmosphere and energy of a shop, and unfortunately, this interaction made my morning pretty upsetting. SUPER cute place... i've only driven through and gotten coffee. So this time went in.. so adorable inside. People working, studying, visiting friends. Just a great vibe!! I wish the staff was loving it as much as the people there. They seemed a bit grumpy. Except 1 guy and 1 girl. They were rocking it. Racing around. Wish I got names.. because the other 2 just were not happy to be there. I get it, it's work.. but.... The guy who stood out had back hair, pony tail. The girl had us out drinks through the drive thru. Super bubbly. My cinnamon Horchata latte... words can't define how amazing it was... an only 170 calories or something crazy!!! I could drink this everyday!! I ordered the ham and cheese croissant. I have to say the flavor was great. Come here occasionally due the location being close to work and overall I have had pretty good experiences here both through the drive-thru and in store. However, my most recent experience was subpar. The gal who took over the register was pretty cold and lacked professionalism. It was off putting especially for 7am. With that said, I think their coffee is just okay. I'm not positive they're still using pure espresso in their drinks, I haven't gotten a true caffeine "buzz" from their lattes in a long time. Better Buzz is one of my favorite corporate coffee shops. Their iced matcha is great, and I can only imagine their coffee is just as amazing. When I'm hungry, I love their chili crunch breakfast wrap, and their 3-seed avocado toast is really delicious too. I appreciate having the option to order through the drive-thru or sit inside their cute shop and enjoy the atmosphere. All the employees always seem happy and provide wonderful customer service. Absolutely love Better Buzz's seasonal toasted marshmallow hot chocolate! The hot chocolate was served at the appropriate temperature and the toasted marshmallow on top was amazing. Service was great and the ambiance had a nice vibe. FYI drive through is crazy long at times and can cause issues to get in the parking lot. read more

We love better buzz! Such a cute coffee shop, lots of opportunity for photo ops! They have a good amount of seating inside and outside. Always smiling kind and helpful employees! With this flea season, unfortunately my kitties got them bad- so today was de-fleaing day. After giving my kitty a bath I definitely needed a boost, so I went over to better buzz. When I went through the drive through, Jules helped me out at the speaker and window by trying to accommodate for my caffeine needs and was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. Had such a great experience here! Gabby was amazing friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. She surprised me with a free everything cream cheese danish, which was incredible. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. The store was so busy Saturday and Sunday it was literally buzzing. I tried the banana pudding beat drink ever and really enjoyed it. 1st sip tastes like a good coffee then I mixed in the foam and the drink got even better and tastes like banana pudding (not fake tasting banana either which was good). Saturday my drink was missing the cookie, just adds a little something I think my son got a hot caramel vanilla beat drink ever and he said it was delicious and truly was the best drink ever! Sunday I didn't realize I accidentally ordered him the same but iced and he say very tasty as well. In fact he said he wished there was one closer to/ on campus. Prices are comparable to other coffee places. Plenty of seating inside and the drive thru can get very busy and lined up past the local hospital across the street (to the point it can be hard to get into the parking if you are walking in for pick up).
