We love this place! We are so happy that a Better Buzz has opened in Las Vegas. Coffee is awesome! We have ordered a few different lattes from the menu and we can't choose the favorite one, because they are all delicious. We recommend: Snickerdoodle Latte and Honey Latte- it's a MUST TRY! It's a perfect blend of flavors , not too sweet and not too bitter either. They roast their beans to perfection in a small batches and I think that is a secret recipe to get that perfect coffee! We have also tried their food : Bacon Ciabatta sandwich, Caprice sandwich , turkey pesto and almond croissant . The food was delicious, fresh and a croissant was fluffy and omg delicious. Highly recommend it!!! The shop is not that big inside and it can get quite busy with long lines and at the drive- thru as well. But surprisingly we did not wait too long and the staff were fantastic and they were quick and efficient. I went through the Drive-through Coffee line. I love the design of the building it is very fun, and vibrant with the bee theme! The line was long, but fast. Sometimes I wish they didn't put these coffee places in the smallest parking lots ever, but overall the coffee experience were good. I got the Best Drink Ever with oat milk. Really excited to try these place out! We can right before the line formed around 8am. A bit loud but they had a couple of seats where you can hang out or work. We got a mocha latte and iced matcha latte for drinks. The mocha was solid. Matcha latte was a tad bit sweet but I think that can be adjusted. We had the ham and cheese croissant and chili crunch wrap as well. Added sliced tomatoes to the croissant and it was soooo good! The chili crunch wrap wasnt too spicy but was delicious as well. Friendly staff. Fast service. Great food and coffee. Prices aren't so bad. There was a long line when we got there but service was very fast. It probably took around 15-20 minutes to get our order. We ordered two drinks - mocha de mexican (hot) and hazelnut divinity (iced). We also ordered their Better Breakfast sandwich and 3 Seed Avocado toast. Everything was delicious! I would definitely reorder the Better Breakfast sandwich and the hazelnut divinity. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. They have wifi but you'll need to ask for the password. They also have a display of their merch that you can buy. I also recommend downloading the app for rewards. I got a free drink reward after my first purchase so can't wait to use that on our next visit. Overall, we had a great experience and will be coming back to try their pastries. Came in for the grand opening! I love Better Buzz and their coffee is top notch! The customer service is two steps ahead and getting it done! I had an iced snickerdoodle latte and my friend had an iced hazelnut divinity w an extra shot. They were handing out free Better Buzz cups and greeting everyone with a loud chorus of "welcome in!!" The single espresso machine was working as hard as the 15+ employees behind the counter. The snickerdoodle latte was perfectly crafted and the divinity was next level with the extra shot. I am glad to see many more locations opening up. The only cringe thing was with the 15+ employees behind the counter, they certainly were over the max occupancy. Yikes! Mind you, I placed a mobile order 10 mins before at this point 30+ mins to get a drink I placed on mobile order prior.. kind of ridiculous. Also it costs $5+ for a piece of toast and jelly. I say just go to McDonald's for a cost friendly & QUICK service.. or perhaps broken yolk for a sit down breakfast next door. Better service & better prices. Hello. For it's usually a red flag when there no price list available on line along with their menu. There are no drink prices listed for your coffee drinks, that's fine if they're free. Your menu and it looks delicious but when you're charging $5.49 for toast with butter and jam or $10.49 for avocado toast, it must be good. The ambiance is contemporary, typical for these trendy places To other perspective customers be weary of a business that doesn't provide any direct customer contact information. This is done so they don't get complaints from customers because if you do have a complaint most people won't contact a third party app like Yelp. I visited Better Buzz for the first time, having never tried it before or even heard of it until they opened a location nearby. It was incredibly busy, with long lines both inside and at the drive-thru, which says a lot about how popular they are--people are clearly excited! I loved the bee theme and the overall vibe inside. I've gotten 4 different drinks from here and it hits every time. My favorite is the iced "best drink ever." It's an americano, but yet still creamy?? Today I added caramel drizzle and vanilla cold foam, but honestly it's just as good without it. The ham and cheese croissant and chocolate croissant are really good. I've also gotten a brownie in the past that's pretty good. Not sure how to describe the texture - not fudgy, but not quite cakey either. I love this place ! It's very modern and the staff is really nice. It is pretty bright inside because of all the windows which is okay, and it is also pretty cold inside deposit being a furnace outside. I got the chili crunch breakfast wrap and it was really good and also was a good price, everything is under about 11$ which is pretty rare these days in cafes. The wrap was good I just wish I asked for my of the chili crisp sauce they make! The matcha is pretty sweet but it isn't chalky or overly thick/creamy. The matcha doesn't taste grassy or bitter which is nice too and the color is pretty sage green-ish. I also had the mango strawberry buzzinger and it was so good! very refreshing and didn't taste overly fragrancy like some teas/lemonades do. I will definitely be coming back! As for studying, there's above 5-6 tables you could sit at where there's an outlet that's accessible easily on the couches. The tables are big and sturdy too but also very cold. The high seating in the center have no outlets so I wouldn't sit there personally; They also have a handicap table for easy access! The service at this location is not worth the price. Their speaker is always out and employees are rude and unhelpful should you need to ask a question or ask them to repeat something. They are irritated whenever you don't purchase the special/featured item so you can tell they get some sort of bonus for asking you. Every time I've pulled out my app as well they utter a huge sigh like the concept of utilizing their own app they designed is the biggest inconvenience to them.
