This donut shop is super clean, the donuts are delicious with a large variety. We love their breakfast croissants, ham or sausage, egg and cheese. The ham cheese and jalapeño is amazing. The staff is also super friendly. read more

The lady the was very rude! Couldn't hear her and had attitude! She didn't mix my drink well! Never going back again!

We are new to Moreno Valley and had a tradition for every birthday the birthday boy or girl wakes up to donuts. We found this place on door dash and what we received were great! They even included a little written message and gave a special donut to my daughter! So thoughtful!! Donuts tasted fresh and my favorite a plain cake was very good! read more

Love their doughnuts. There's a favorite for me that they make but I won't share, then I'll never get it. It's already a hit or miss when I go. read more

Everything is so good and fresh! Ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant was completely stuffed no empty spaces!

Love love love this shop! Freshness you can see and taste! It gets super busy but if you have an extra 10 minutes in the morning and need something for your staff or for your classmates this is where to go! The French crueler is my personal favorite along with the breakfastsandwiches! read more

There are so many donut shops, and so many terrible ones. Some places have donuts that taste like grease, and some have too much sugar. These ones here, are so soft with the perfect amount of sugar. They don't taste like they were fried in 5 day old grease. read more

I have several doughnut shops around where I live, doughnut shop is a little bit of a distance for me but I am willing to drive just to get great doughnuts. They have a Great selection, they taste great. It is unfortunate that on the day I arrived to get donuts they had a break in their front door of the donut shop was destroyed. In spite of what they were going through at the moment they were in great spirits and gave great customer service. read more

Donuts are fresh and their sandwiches are yummy. There isn't a ton of variety but what they have is really good!

The best donuts in the IE. They are seriously delicious. I am a donutisseur and let me tell you the coconut donut is so good- make you wanna slap ya mama (although I wouldn't recommend this)! read more

It's Your average donut. The reason for the 3 stars is every time I come to get donuts there are always flies inside their glass doors. They need to fix this. One time I came and the fly was already dead on a donut! Why? Why????? I've pointed this out several times and the people who work there think it's ok. No, really, they say, "is ok, is fine." This is the only local donut shop near me and it's still pretty far away around 7 miles. I try to get donuts from my local stater bros but they aren't as spongy and moist as a true donut. So when in doubt, I will order a ham and cheese croissant. Those are up on the very top and never a fly.... That I've seen! read more

First time here and will definitely come back! Both the breakfast croissants my wife and I tried were delicious, and they had an excellent donut and pastry selection. Donuts were fresh and my Fritter was perfect! The girl working the counter was very friendly and helpful with our selections. It is rare nowadays to get this level of service. It's great that they have a fridge with prepackaged drink options. I highly recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. Definitely worth the drive even if you're not! read more

Very disappointed with this donut shop. The past 2 visits we saw flies in the glass cases, they were on the donuts. When I informed the girl she just looked at me like I was crazy for bringing it to her attention. I told her I no longer want donuts and I will not return. She looked like she could care less and just put the donuts back into the glass case. Very disgusting. read more

Delicious doughnuts & friendly & generous staff. They almost always add a little something for free.

The order was 20 mins late, i called customer service they told me it was delivered when the app said it wasn't. Turns out they dropped it off at my neighbors house and never checked in. and it was the wrong kind of donuts and my drink got warm. love this place, but i won't use delivery again, maybe it's a grub hub thing! :/ read more

We have been in frequently since moving to the area 5 years ago. Donuts are always fresh and tasty, and staff is very nice. They put plenty of filling in the jelly donuts, which are my favorite, and the twists and glazed are nice and fluffy. read more

Being the first time coming it was very neat organized and amazing. Something about fresh baked donuts that's always appealing! Local spots like these are rare and even harder to come by when they are actually good. I would recommend coming in early to get the fresh and that Donut melting sensation when you eat them. read more

Amazing fluffy donuts and they have some fun twists on classics! The real reason I'm writing though is the staff. They were so nice and patient while deciding! Definitely a new go to! read more

The young guy who served us a half dozen was super nice and a pleasure to meet. The donuts aren't anything super special, they're what you'd expect. But the positivity of this guy made it a great spot to come grab a donut and milk tea on the run. We made sure to leave a tip in the empty jar. Give this place a shot! read more

I LOVE this donut shop. Down the street from my house, and always delicious. My gf and I usually come in on the weekends and get their teas and ham and cheese croissants. I've never been disappointed. Last time I went an employee let me sample their iced coffee... just as delicious. Employees have always been polite and helpful, I can't understand people not loving this place. Now that I think about it, I think I will go get a taro tea now. read more

Looking for a Instagram worthy donut photo on a budget? Come here! These donuts are both pretty and tasty! I enjoyed the welcoming staff at this location. Very lively and helpful. The donuts are reasonably priced. Even on a random Tuesday afternoon they had plenty of donuts. I'd definitely consider coming to this location again. read more

I have tried them and their donuts are the business it's just been awhile because I eat a certain way and it's hard to really find out what their ingredients are they use to make their donuts.... Customer service is good read more

Better be careful. Sometimes the young salesgirl lies about the freshness of the doughnuts.:/ :( Twice, I had to return stale donuts. I asked the girl "was it made this morning" on both times she said "yes", only to find out that they were stale. Most of the time, they're very good but that lying behavior.....no bueno. read more

I went later in the day to get donuts because of a craving. Yelp had really good reviews so I decided to give this place a try. The guy behind the counter gave some extra donuts. The donuts were fairly priced, but when we got into the donuts they tasted off. I woke up around 11:30 puking the donuts up. Everyone else that had donuts felt sick from eating them. This might be an aberration, but 1 puked and 3 other people felt sick. Will not be returning and probably not having donuts for a while. read more

I went here for the first time last week and I couldn't be Happier with the Taste and Quality of these Donuts!! I love whenever I find a REALLY good donut shop! Even better they have cappuccinos in different flavors you can enjoy (I sure did) and they also have a Croissant breakfast sandwich that seemed very popular with the locals. The ladies working here are so efficient and super nice. The owner is a sweetheart and very kind. I came here again this week to pick up a croissant breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. read more

Came here due to a craving for donuts (church did not serve any today) and finally remembered to use the coupon in the monthly Mo Val magazine-I figured $5.99 was not too much to pay for donuts I may or may not like. My experience with the male owner was similar to the recent reviews regarding how he seemed perturbed and cold. I showed him my coupon first before I ordered so I am unsure if it was just how he usually is or if it was because of the coupon. I always attribute it to cultural differences to socially-accepted norm so I notice it, but as long as the product meets expectations, I can choose to overlook it. After all, this is a donut shop so the interaction lasts less than 5 minutes. If this was an American restaurant, of course my opinion would be different. That being said, the donuts are pretty good-fresh, light, airy, with just the right amount of crisp around the edges on the old-fashioned donuts. The perfect amount of sweetness for me. I was being rushed a little bit so I completely forgot they had white chocolate donuts. They ran out of my favorite maple bars. My favorite out of the ones I tried in the dozen has to be the bavarian cream. He charged me 75 cents extra for the apple fritters-kind of small than what I am used to but hopefully the bf likes them. I wanted to order a smoothie for my son but was told that they were made out of syrup, not fresh fruit-no big deal for a donut shop, but I am just not a fan from experience. I shall return to try their white chocolate donuts, maple bars, and jalapeno ham and cheese croissants. They have 3 locations proudly serving the Moreno Valley area-see their ad in the Moreno Valley Villa magazine! read more

This area really needed a donut shop. When Better Be opened up I was happy to finally have one near my house and even more happy to find that staff are suuuuuuper nice. All the donuts and croissants taste fresh. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer serve croissant sandwiches (due to their lease... and the competition from Subway) but I'll still come here for their jalapeno, ham, and cheese croissants. Everyone I've encountered are cheerful and make good small talk. My mom came here once to buy a dozen donuts for her doctor (around Christmas time). She also ordered a donut for herself which they happily gave to her for free. Anytime I want something sweet and a smile, I'll come here. read more
